This ingenious plan provides you with comfort knowing you and your baby are in good hands right from the start. 1. What is the extended coverage provided in PruBSN SmartLink? PruBSN SmartLink allows you to cover your child as early as 20 weeks into pregnancy. During this period we will provide your child with essential coverage until he is born. Get Extra Basic and we will add coverage during your pregnancy and post-natal benefits for your newborn. 2. Who is eligible for PruBSN SmartLink plan? PruBSN SmartLink is yours from the moment you are 20 weeks into pregnancy and if you are between 19 and 45 years old. 3. Im not pregnant now, do you have similar plan for me when Im ready to start a family? Once you are ready to start a family, you may take up Baby Care rider. This rider protects your baby and support you during pregnancy and after birth and we provide the same coverage for multiple births. We will also provide you with Immunisation Bonus of RM200; 2 years after your baby is born. 4. Who is eligible for Baby Care rider? If you are between 19 and 40 years old, you can attach this rider with your PruBSN FirstLink or PruBSN TakafulLink plan. The plan covers you as long as you are pregnant before you reach 46 years old. 5. What is the summary of benefits offered by these plans?

sebarang rawatan atau pembedahan bagi Keadaan Kongenital termasuk keadaan yang disebabkan oleh keturunan perbuatan secara sengaja seperti mengambil dadah, racun atau minuman keras yang memabukkan, bunuh diri atau percubaan membunuh diri atau kecederaan ke atas diri sendiri yang disengajakan semasa waras atau tidak waras AIDS, kompleks berkaitan AIDS atau jangkitan oleh HIV penggunaan dadah yang tidak dipreskripsikan, di mana mengikut undang-undang dadah tersebut perlu dipreskripsikan oleh Doktor memilih untuk menamatkan kehamilan selain daripada atas sebab-sebab perubatan seperti yang dinasihatkan oleh Perunding Obstetrik dan Sakit Puan sebarang rawatan kesuburan dan komplikasi yang mungkin timbul daripada rawatan tersebut sebarang perbuatan yang menyalahi undang-undang, perbuatan jenayah atau perbuatan secara sengaja atau kegagalan untuk bertindak peperangan, rusuhan atau revolusi atau sebarang peristiwa seumpamanya atau mengambil bahagian dalam rusuhan, mogok atau kekacauan awam Semua pengecualian dan had di atas adalah tidak terhad dan anda perlu merujuk kepada dokumen sijil untuk maklumat lanjut.
