Exercise 1 Highest Energy Wins


Everything is energy and you control yours. This exercise will illustrate to you how powerful that really is and how easily you can change your emotional and physical state. Remember, to get the most out of this course and your life for that matter, you need to play at 100%. Are you willing to play at 100%? I cannot stress enough how important it is to DO this. I can only light the path, but you need to walk down it. I can only hand you the hammer, you need to swing it. To understand this powerful technique is good, but you MUST DO IT to experience it! And once you do it and experience it, you KNOW it! Think of it as if you are learning to swim. You read all the books and acquire all the information in the world about swimming. You probably feel pretty confident that you are able to swim but you still do not know what it is like to actually swim until you jump in the water and DO it! This is a time to let go of inhibitions, insecurities, and any feelings of fear. This is a time to have fun, find courage, discover your potential, and take your life to the next level. Are you ready and willing to do that? YES? Awesome! Give yourself a pat on the back and lets get started. Rate your energy levels right now before you do this exercise. From 0 to 10 with zero being dead and 10 being off the charts 10 is the highest energy you can possibly be. 10 is maximum energy for you! (Notice 0 is not a selectable option!)

If you feel a little excited, you might be at a level 6 or 7. If you are crawling out of your skin and want to go running for three hours and do back flips, your physical energy level is probably at a level 10. If youre barely awake and not focused at all you, might rate that a 1 or 2.

You are the only one who can decide what level of energy you will play at. If you are MAX energy it is your choice, if you are LOW energy it is also your choice. You now have the knowledge, tools, and ability to change yourself on a cellular level. From your brain to your big toe! So remember: Highest Energy Wins! Ask yourself frequently through out every day, What is my energy like right now? Take a look and see what is going on within you and around you and the results youre getting or not getting. You now have the power to instantly change them!

Note: Be the highest energy you can be throughout your week and record what happens. Next week go over your results. If you play at 100% out there in your life you will be amazed at the results you see. This is one way to create instant miracles in your life.

Now that you have the hang of it and a bit of a head start, lets increase the power a little bit. This time the Genie says, OK, now that you have made some room by getting rid of all the old garbage in your storage shed. Lets have some fun. Discovery Exercise

List everything you can think of in this moment that you refuse to accept in your life any longer. What are you tolerating/putting up with in your life? What do you want less of in your life? What do you hate? What things in your life are you doing regularly that do not serve or support you? Remember, you have to do this. If you dont do the exercise and bring your inner world to your outer world or make the invisible visible and you expect to see results in your life you should go see a shrink. It is like a fat person saying they will start eating healthy and exercising after they see the first 20 pounds drop off. That is insane! I can only light the path; you have to walk down it. I can only hand you a tool, you have to use it if you want to build something. I can only deliver these principles and exercises, you have to do them if you want to build a new and better you. Get your list of things you want and get them ready. Select 4 things from your list of things you wished you could have. Now what I want you to do is think of and write down all of the reasons you CANNOT have the desires or obtain the objectives or goals you want for the things you selected. List EVERYTHING you can come up with! Everything from your lack of talent or ability to your hangnail. I am serious. I dont care if you type it out, write it down on paper, or put it on post it notes and stick them all over your walls. However you do it, JUST DO IT! Do it until you run out of reasons in this current moment. You would not take up weight lifting and immediately try to bench press 300 pounds! You have to start with the resistance you can handle. You might write something down and when you look at it you might think to yourself, This is a silly reason I cant have X..

Well what did you come up with? Did you realize that most of the reasons you cant have something are due to how you think? This is kind of a trick exercise because once you start writing down reasons why you cannot have things in your life and bring them to the physical world the seem silly. Everything you want is always available to you and so is everything you dont want. Decide what you are going take now. Good job. Now lets take it a step further. Use the law of duality to build some super charged energy from what you dont want. If you no longer accept the fact you are a smoker, then you need to become a nonsmoker. It is very simple. Get mad. Get angry! Be disgusted with your current results. DO NOT be disgusted with yourself, just your results. Get motivated to change them. Is it ok that a person gets so bad that they tolerate a life that they hate? Is that the kind of person you want to be? Thats the kind of person you are being right now in this particular area of your life if youre not satisfied. Are you happy about hearing that? How does it make you feel? You should be angry. You should be mad. You should be upset because that means you dont have all of the wonderful things you deserve and should have in your life. Forget enlightenment for a minute. Forget about all of the meditation and mantras and visualizations. Were talking about making an immediate change in you now. The only person who controls you is YOU. Get so disgusted with your current situation that you will no longer tolerate or accept it. Use that energy to propel you forward and get you into action now. That action will create the momentum you need to attract into your life all of the resources, people and tools you need to achieve your desire and live your ultimate life. Dont live and focus in that energy. Use it to jump start yourself into immediate action and then focus on your desires. That energy is like a nitro boost not a cruising energy.

Dont be easy on yourself right now. Dont make it better than it is. Call a spade a spade and be honest with yourself. If you do this, you will have more than enough fuel to get you into action and over the invisible hump where most people get stuck. DO NOT SETTLE FOR ANYTHING LESS THAN WHAT YOU WANT! Remember whats wrong is always available but so is whats right. Go for whats right. In the next exercise you will be exposed to some illustrations of how to remove what is stopping you from getting what you want.

Limiting Beliefs Exercise


The black dot represents your desires. The grey circle represents the obstacles in the way of your desires. The dark grey ring represents your limiting beliefs.

Look at the picture on the left. Focus on the black dot without moving your eyes for about ten seconds.

Now try the same experiment again with the picture on the right. Did you notice how much easier your obstacles melt away without your limiting beliefs? What distinctions did you come up with about your limiting beliefs?

Remember from the limiting beliefs exercise that all you had to do was change where you were looking and the limiting beliefs are gone? That is true in real life also. Your perspectives will expose your limiting beliefs. You can look for why it is not possible or how it is possible. If you change your perspective and the way you look at things, the things you look at will change. Expand your awareness to see things from many perspectives and do not get locked onto the first one you see. There are 4 different perspectives in the image above. Were you able to see them all? 1. The Law of Attraction Exercise


*WARNING* This is a very powerful exercise that changes you at a cellular level

Instructions for Law of Attraction Exercise Step 1 Lets say you choose more money. The first thing you need to do is build a list of ALL of the sources and resources where money and abundance can come from. Now keep in mind that one way to get more money is to work more. That is just one way and not even close to the best way. There are many ways that more money and abundance can enter and increase in your life. You want to get more money while getting more time as well, not using every second you have working to create more money. So please be open to ANY and EVERY idea that comes into your mind. Let them flow in without judgment. Write down everything you think of. Someone buys you lunch Someone gives you free specialized advice or coaching You get unexpected gifts You get a coupon in the mail for a free hotel stay You purchase an item marked for 10 dollars that rings up for $2.99

Start out with relatively small things so the little voice in your head that is trying to keep you safe does not start screaming at the top of its lungs. NO! THIS IS CRAP! THIS IS NOT REAL! STOP DOING THIS. IT IS STUPID! YOU LOOK LIKE AN IDIOT! And all of the other crazy things it will tell you to try and take you out of the game.

Step 2 Keep a daily log of all the ways and sources from which you are receiving your desire. This is a critical step to do because it will help you notice when things start rolling in and help you focus more on what you want and desire. It also provides you with concrete, solid evidence that what you desire does exist and is increasing in your life. Which re-enforces your beliefs and makes your energy stronger and attracts more into your life and on and on it goes. You have just created a perpetual motion machine for attracting what you want into your life! How awesome is that? Next after you start to notice the things you want and desire are coming into your life and increasing in size and frequency, CELEBRATE! Celebrate all wins, no matter how small you may think it is. This serves two purposes. One, it creates a feeling of gratitude which is the ultimate attractor energy. And two, it keeps you focused on your desires and wants instead of on what you do not want. This puts your attention on the things in life you want to expand and you deliberately create the life you choose. When you celebrate you need to create some sort of anchor, some physical action that triggers these emotions and feelings. Something like making a fist and pulling it into your body while saying YES! Special free Bonus, it is also fun! Do this for the next seven days and watch the shift in duality. You will go from having low energy to high energy and go from always being focused on the lack of X in your life to seeing the abundance of X in your life starting to flow in from all sorts of places you could have never imagined. At that point you will be able to say to yourself, honestly, that you are getting more and more abundant in X area of your life.

Get a note pad and take it with you everywhere you go for 30 days and record every time you see evidence of receiving more of your desire or objective. You will be amazed at how much you start to notice it is all around you all the time.
This will help you notice and focus more on what you want and desire. It also provides you with concrete, solid evidence what you desire does exist and is increasing in your life. Remember, what you focus on expands Remember you used the lack of what you wanted to shoot you forward into action and create the desire to get what you do want? Now you are using the evidence of what you want coming into your life and your experience to focus on more of what you do want and propel you toward your desires.

Decide to Take Action


Now you have successfully gone into forward momentum and attracted some resources into your life to create your desires. You have become more aware of what is out there for you to get. Look at those resources: people, money, time, materials, ideas, insights, knowledge, information and anything else that came into your awareness as a big blob of clay! You used the universal laws and the power you have always had to attract these things into your life but they are not going to do anything for you. You must take action. You have to decide to mold them into what you want. Shape them into your desires. Build them to serve you and your needs. It all means NOTHING without you deciding to use it.

What one thing can you do each day to utilize one of these new resources in your life? What one tiny shift can you make to alter your course just enough to change your destination?

What action can you decide to do today, RIGHT NOW, to get you closer to your desire or objective?

Progress Not Perfection


One tiny little decision each day will bring you huge results over time. Remember compound interest? You are investing a penny every day in yourself right now. Once you can successfully invest one penny into your life then it becomes easier to invest two pennies the next day. If you want results you have to create them. You cannot build the bridge all at once. The best way to use the power of this principle is to record your results. Document where you are today and what you did to reach your desire. You will see it works just like compound interest. Toward the end you have exponential progress and results. Record your results for 30 days. Use pictures, journals, forms, audio journals or anything that works for you. Day 1 Today I am: 200 Lbs I decided to take this action: Drink one less soda.

Day 30 Today I am: 185 Lbs I decided to take this action: Jog an extra mile By doing this you can see the progress you made and that raises your energy and feeds the entire process even more. What used to be a huge shift on day 1 has now become a small shift.

Allowing Success Into Your Life


Sometimes your expectations of how you think things will come into your life can stop you from noticing they are actually already in your life. Most people are very generous givers. People give their time, advice, money, expertise and everything else under the sun. But remember the law of duality? If someone is giving that means someone else has to be receiving. Most people are great at giving but very poor at receiving or allowing prosperity into their lives. Why do you give yourself to others? Because it makes you feel good, right? Well if you dont willingly accept what someone else gives you, how do you think it makes them feel? Less than good, right? Practice allowing things into your life by letting people compliment you. Just say thank you. Nothing else. Do not give a compliment back. Accept someones offer to buy you lunch and just say thank you. If someone offers to help you move, make sure and keep them as a friend for LIFE first of all, and just accept and say thank you. Thank you is a very, very powerful combination of words. When you give back the gift of saying thank you, you have given them something indescribable. If someone offers you lunch and you say you owe them lunch, you just took away a very special gift from that person. I have something I want you to give out to everyone that gives you anything. From a smile or friendly hello to a new house! This fun little task is extremely powerful, so even though it may seem cheesy, do it. You will reap rewards like you have never seen. You can gauge how well you are starting to allow prosperity into your life by how you feel when you hand out these cards. If you feel very uncomfortable then you need to hand out a lot more. If it makes you feel great to put a smile on someones face by showing your appreciation to their kindness, youve got it. Keep doing it because it feels good to you.

Print out or copy ten of these little cards and hand out ten everyday until they are gone. It will open the flood gates for you to allow a lot more than you expect into your life. Get ready for a lot more giving to enter your life. Not only that, you will cause a lot of smiles.

Use It Or Lose It
Make a decision right now to continue your education in expanding your awareness. Just like when you stop watering a plant it dies; if you stop feeding your mind the high energy, positive, personal growth and development it needs, it will wither away and die also. If you continue to input quality experiences, knowledge and information, you will gain such a grand expanded awareness that your possibilities will literally be endless. Every single successful person I have ever met, read about, or heard of has constantly fed their mind and incorporated the experience of high quality knowledge, information, principles, and techniques that allowed them to expand their current awareness to open up the next level of possibility. Make a list of books you are committed to reading or re-reading. Attend at least one live seminar a year. Follow through with at least one home study course a year. Choose things that serve you in obtaining your desires. If your desire is to create better relationships then a book or CD set on herb gardens probably will not help much. Be sure to apply these 11 principles to everything you learn. You will find that once you develop a habit of looking at life using these 11 principles, life itself actually becomes the ultimate personal growth and development arena! Remember you can read a book five different times and each time you gain new distinctions from that book. You can listen to the same audio home study course a gazillion times and each time you gain a new and powerful distinction that serves you for where you are now in your life. You can attend the same seminar over and over again and get new and powerful distinctions each time. Each time you do one of these things you grow and expand your awareness so you understand more. Because of that, the same information changes each time you expose yourself to it. It doesnt take much - give what feels right. Listen to your instincts and your heart. Pass the torch to them so they can carry it for awhile and give it to someone else. Part 2: This involves giving back on a bigger scale. I want you to email me an inspiring story about a time when someone passed the torch to you. Kind of like a testimonial of how this principle has changed your life. It can be whatever you want it to be. I am compiling these stories into a book. With each additional story the power of this principle will gain more and more energy. Your story will reach millions of people so the power of this principle can reach far and wide. We can start a perpetual chain reaction so everyone starts passing the torch more in their lives. This is HUGE and will impact the world in an enormous way, but I need your help.
