ThelanguagecamefromtheBoroughPresident,therefore,AlecSchierenbeckspoke.Hedidn'treadthe languagethatway,butstatedthatitisbasedonfairenforcementofNewYorklandlordtenantlaws. GigiLi:CB3'svoteempowersDominictovoteforitoragainstitattheDistrictBoardmeeting,asis, butsincethelanguagecamefromtheBoroughPresident'soffice,THISmotioncan'tbechangedand stillbevotedonbyDominic.Ifweweretopassaneditedresolution,Dominicwouldhavetoabstain fromthisvoteattheBoroughBoardmeeting.
