WINDFALL Server full time 3 positions (Days Vary/Hours Vary AM & PM); Takes and serves beverage orders, directs guest to buffet table, take orders, up sell wine, liquor, set tables. Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic selection, menu items. Retrieve all silverware, glassware and chinaware from tables and re-set tables. Side work at the end of shift. Able to work breakfast, lunch, dinner, weekends and major holidays. Must be able to lift/carry up to 30 lbs. Minimum 1 year experience as a server in a high volume hotel restaurant. CULINARY Sous Chef salaried (Days Vary-Hours Vary); Responsible for all aspects of managing the kitchen and kitchen personnel, ensuring the quality preparation of all menu items and proper handling/storage of all food items. Coordinate the purchase of all food and develop menus, maintaining approved food cost and labor cost. Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy, prioritize, organize, delegate work and follow through. Prepare and produce cold and hot menu items for designated F&B Outlets. 2-3 years experience as a restaurant chef in hotel, resort, or high volume fine dining establishment. Culinary degree or equivalent preferred. Able to work 10 hours per day and up to six days a week, weekends and major holidays.

GROUNDS Groundskeeper full time (Days Sunday to Thursday with days off Friday and Saturday/Hours 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; push mowing, trash pick up, pool cleaning, trimming & edging, pruning & hedging bushes and trees, leaf blowing and raking leaves, tilling sand at volley ball courts. Based on comfort level tractor mowing and new plant material install. Able to work in extreme hot and cold weather for extended period of time. Able to push and tow heavy equipment.

Deliver and retrieve items requested by the guests and floor supervisor. Clean corridors, vending areas, elevators and landings and service areas. Use cleaning chemicals following OSHA regulations. Organize floor closets, remove trash, wipe down shelves/counters, sweep, mop and wax floors. Remove all dirty linen from assigned room attendants cart and closets and place in laundry chute. Must be able to frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and talk or hear. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Handle special assignments and other duties directed by Supervisor or Manager. Must be able to work weekends and major holidays. Prior experience in cleaning private or public buildings preferred, able to multi-task and prioritize. PM Lobby Attendant full time (Days Vary/Hours 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.); Clean and inspect all public areas, deliver amenities to guest rooms, clean offices, provide turn down service, clean rooms completely as needed. Assistant Front Desk Supervisor Deep Night Shift (Days Vary/Hours 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. and/or 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. will work these hours); Minimum 2 years experience as front desk/night audit supervisor or manager, preferably a 3 or 4 diamond hotel. Responsible for the management of all aspects of the front desk and PBX. Directs, implements and maintains a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to respective staff. Oversee all the departments during the deep night shift. Conduct preshift meeting with staff and review all information pertinent to the days business. Constantly monitor staff performance in all phases of service and job functions, ensuring that all procedures are carried out to departmental standards; rectify any deficiencies with respective personnel to include front desk, pbx, bell/door, concierge, engineering. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. SANITATION Banquet Runner full time 1 position (Days Vary/Hours Vary); Set up wares for banquet functions, retrieve and wash soiled wares, transport supplies and food to banquet service areas and assist the kitchen with plating up of banquet meals. Complete other special cleaning projects as assigned. Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Position requires an individual to be flexible with their time as the shifts will vary depending on the banquet functions (must be able to work breakfast, lunch or dinner). Position is very fast paced and requires a lot of attention to detail, read BEOs and gather all materials and food needed for banquet functions. Previous full service hotel experience in banquets or sanitation. Able to work weekends and major holidays. Able to exert heavy items and able to stand/walk for 8 hours. PM Steward full time (Days Vary/Hours PM); Ability to perform duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through and work well with others. Able to operate designated machinery. Able to use correct cleaning chemicals for designated items, according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements. Able to endure abundant physical movements in performing job functions as well as being able to lift up to 50 lbs. Able to work well with others through last minute changes. Able to work major holidays and weekends. Have good organizational skills, prioritize, time management. Limited English OK.

ACCOUNTING Revenue Audit Clerk full time (Days Monday Friday/ Hours 8:00 5:00); Ensure accuracy and balance of revenue departments and prepare summaries of financial data on a daily basis. Process all guest and non-guest transactions. Track and verify all revenue departments and other statistics. Understand principles of auditing, balancing and closing accounts. Assist in any extra periodic accounting projects. Ability to prioritize organize and follow up. Assist with month end inventory in purchasing department and sports club. Input daily food and beverage charges. Cross train in other areas of the Accounting Department. Handle special assignments and other duties as directed by Manager or Supervisor. High School Diploma or GED. Accounting experience in hotel industry preferred. Minimum 1 year related experience and/or training. Previous experience in food and beverage audit preferred.
