L5 Advanced Warghter Magazines

The L5 AWM lls the gap between the current metal and polymer magazine designs, combining the best features from both designs into a unique hybrid magazine. L5 AWM has the reliability of a steel magazine, the durability of a polymer magazine and the weight of an aluminum magazine. Unique to the AWM is the one piece wrap-around hardened steel feed lip assembly that is permanently attached to an impact resistant polymer body. The hardened steel feed lips wont bend, break or deform due to rough handling or long term storage. An aggressive surface texture has been applied to the polymer body to improve gripping and retrieval from pouches. The combination of steel and polymer results in a lightweight, robust magazine tough enough for professional use. The internal geometry of the Advanced Warghter Magazine is a constant curve that has been maximized to feed the 5.56X45mm NATO round and has a non-tilting follower for trouble-free feeding. The feed lips are made from a single piece of precision formed steel that is hardened, then PTFE coated for corrosion resistance. The body and component materials are corrosion and chemical resistant, passing military chemical testing, including exposure to DEET. The L5 AWM is compatible with modern weapon systems; M4/M16/AR, HK416, SCAR16, and the ARX160 to name a few and is available in 5, 10, 20, and 30 round capacities with a translucent or opaque polymer body.

Carbon Fiber Handguards

The Lancer Lightweight Carbon-Fiber Handguard (LCH) is a custom proled free oat handguard system designed for 5.56mm and .308cal AR type ries. Applying our experience in carbon-ber product design and lightweight component development weve created a robust free oat handguard that weighs less than comparable aluminum handguard systems without sacricing rigidity or impact strength. Available in carbine, mid-length, rie length, rie length plus, and extra-long (15"), the Lancer Lightweight Carbon-Fiber Handguard can be applied to a variety of rie congurations and used in many different applications.

Advanced Design
Carbon-Fiber Handguard Tube Weve selected a carbon ber layup / resin combination that will resist the heat associated with high volumes of small arms re, and is rigid enough for heavy use. Cooling slots have been provided to manage barrel temperature. 7075-T6 Aluminum Components Where necessary aircraft grade 7075-T6 aluminum has been used to ensure the durability and reliability of the handguard assembly, such as the upper receiver extension and the end cap. The carbon-ber tube is precision t to the upper receiver extension and secured with fasteners to ensure a rigid connection.

Shotgun Extension Tubes

FEATURES & OPTIONS

Available for select 12 GA shotguns. Precision machined aluminum mounting nut and end cap are anodized and bonded to carbon-ber tube. Adds 2 to 8 extra rounds to your shotguns magazine tube. An extra-long spring is provided. The spring will need to be cut to length. A Shotgun Extension Clamp is available with or without a Picatinny Rail.

The new Lancer Extension Tubes replace the cap of your existing shotgun to extend the capacity of the shotgun. They feature a light-weight, carbon-ber tube with a bonded nut and end cap and a carbon-ber barrel clamp. Made in 12-guage for the following: Benelli M1/M2, Remington 870/1100/1187, and Remington Versa Max. Lengths include plus two through plus nine. The LSX is designed to attach to existing shotgun magazine tubes to provide added capacity to the shotgun. Weve combined precision machined aluminum components with an advanced carbon-ber tube to yield a lightweight, durable extension to your shotgun.

SELECTING THE LSX There are two basic methods of selecting your LSX: total length and total capacity. Total Length If you want to increase the capacity of your shotgun but dont want the extension tube to extend beyond past the muzzle, measure from the front of the shotguns handguard to the end of the muzzle. This will give you the maximum length of the extension tube. Use the table to select the appropriate part number. Total Capacity The table provided has the optimal capacity, though capacity could vary due to nal spring length. LSX is currently available for specic model Benelli and Remington Shotguns, more brands and models will be added, check www.lancer-systems.com for the most up to date availability.

SHOTGUN EXTENSION CLAMP Made from high strength anodized aluminum. High temperature silicone foam gripping pads are provided to ensure the clamp stays in place. Available with or without Picatinny rail. The rail can be used for accessories or mounting a sling attachment. Designed for the LSX carbon-ber tube. Extension clamps are recommended for extension tubes that extend beyond the end of the barrel. They are also recommended for Remington applications due to the shallow threading on the Remington magazine tubes.

STANDARD MAGWELL

L15 Receivers
The L15s changeable magazine well extensions (Magwells) make it one of most versatile AR receivers available today. With three Magwell congurations to choose from, the L15 lower can be rapidly customized for a specic mission, trip to the range or 3-gun match. The Tactical and Competition Magwells have a large, smooth funnel-like internal surface to facilitate rapid magazine changes. The Standard Magwell emulates the size of a typical AR lower and also has a large beveled opening. The Magwell is attached to the lower via a captured rail and locks into place with a standard front takedown pin (patented). The use of the takedown pin allows the Magwell to be removed without the use of special tools. The Magwells are precision machined from aluminum billet to match the features in the lower, ensuring rattle-free operation. The lower also features an ambidextrous bolt release system and an oversized magazine release button. The L15 is available either stripped or assembled. The stripped L15 receivers are supplied with a choice of magazine well extensions, an oversized magazine release button, ambidextrous bolt release lever, ambidextrous bolt release buffer and associated roll pins. The parts are supplied unassembled with instructions. The Lancer supplied hardware will work with other lower parts kits. The assembled L15 receivers are supplied with all hardware installed, including an Ergo Grip, Ergo F93 PRO or EFX-A2 stock and choice of magazine well extensions and trigger option. Trigger options include a standard commercial grade trigger or premium CMC curved trigger.

Stripped L15 receivers are supplied with a choice of magazine well extensions, an oversized magazine release button, ambidextrous bolt release lever, ambidextrous bolt release buffer and associated roll pins. The parts are supplied unassembled with instructions. The Lancer supplied hardware will work with other lower parts kits.

ASSEMBLED L15 RECEIVERS

L15 assembled receivers come supplied with all hardware installed and includes an Ergo Grip, Ergo F93 PRO adjustable or EFX-A2 xed stock and choice of magazine well extensions. Trigger options include: standard trigger group or premium trigger group. Standard trigger groups are made up of commercial grade AR trigger components. L15 Modern Sporting Ries

L15 Modern Sporting Ries are built around our patented L15 receiver and lightweight carbon ber handguard, providing a custom high quality rie that offers the performance required for a variety of modern sporting applications. The L15 forged 7075 receiver offers the best balance of speed and versatility with its patented interchangeable magazine well extensions, ambidextrous bolt release and oversized magazine release button. The lightweight carbon ber handguard is free oating. It utilizes a precision machined 7075-T6 extension nut, handguard end cap and custom shaped vented carbon ber handguard tube, made to provide a handguard that is light weight and modular, yet still robust enough for the heavy use of modern sporting and high volume small arms re. Quality components from Ergo grip, CMC triggers, Krieger, Wheaton Arms and DPMS are used to complete and congure the ries into light-weight modern sporting ries.

L15 SPORTER
The L15 Sporter is a lightweight, versatile modern sporting rie designed for a variety of uses. The high quality Daniel Defense 16" lightweight chrome lined barrel has a midlength gas system and offers superior accuracy and reliability. An Ergo F93 stock and Ergo grip provide balance and control to the rie. The carbon ber handguard has a 2" sight rail for back up iron sights and the cooling slots will accept accessory rails for customized versatility without adding unnecessary weight.

L15 COMPETITION
The L15 Competition was designed for action shooting. Taking lessons learned from the Lancer Action Shooting Team weve assembled a compact, lightweight, fast shooting rie. The mid-weight 18" barrel combines compactness with precision offering 1 MOA accuracy. The L15 Competition is all about balance and speed. The L15 lower with competition magwell allows for faster re-loads, the extra-long, free oating handguard enables a better forward grip and faster transition between targets. The rie length gas system, Wheaton Compensator provide soft recoil and minimal muzzle climb, while the short, positive reset of the CMC trigger allows for faster, more accurate follow up shots.

L15 SUPER COMPETITION

The L15 Super Competition is an upgraded version of the L15 Competition. Developed for national level 3 Gun competition the L15 Competition is upgraded with a custom proled Krieger stainless steel barrel. The L15 Super Competition is a compact, lightweight, fast shooting rie capable of sub 1 MOA accuracy and MAO is achievable with handloads. The mid-weight 17" Krieger barrel combines compactness with precision.

L15 SHARP SHOOTER

Designed for long range accuracy, the 20" Krieger heavy prole barrel of the L15 Sharp Shooter delivers the consistent sub 1 MOA accuracy needed for long range shooting and hunting. The carbon ber free oat handguard will accept an accessory rail or swivel stud at the 6 oclock position so a bipod can be installed. The free oating handguard ensures precision shooting whether shooting from a bipod, resting on a fence post or shooting offhand.

MAGAZINE COUPLER The Lancer Magazine Coupler was developed for the L5, L5A and L5 AWM Translucent Magazines. HANDGUARD ACCESSORIES The Lancer 5.56mm and 7.62mm CarbonFiber Handguards have cooling slots that will accept accessory rails. We offer our accessory rails in two different lengths; 2" and 4". Each accessory rail comes a backing plate and necessary fasteners. We also offer a sling swivel stud and threaded backer that can be mounted in holes provided at the 6 oclock position. The stud can be used to attach a bipod.
