2. What is unique about my product? My products are delicious foods (lutong ulam ) at affordable price.

3. Who are my competitors? Other carinderias at my side.

4. Where am I going to put up my business? Near SM mall (Baliuag)

5. Who are my costumers? Salesman & salesladies

6. How will my costumers buy? Ill make sure that the foods that will provide are attractive and delicious.

7. What is my share in the market? As we all know foods in SM are quite expensive, my eatery offers food at affordable price for those people who want to save their money.

8. What is the market potential? Foods that we serve in my eatery will taste even more delicious than those like foods in Food court and other restaurants.

9. How big is my space ? 10. It depends on my capital, as beginner I will start with small size at least 40 square meters. What equipment will I need and what size? Before I buy a big size equipment Ill make sure that I must buy an equipment that is suitable in my eatery examples are gas stove, refrigerator, cooking materials, plates, glass, spoon, forks, tables, chairs etc.

How will create or attract my costumers? Every business must provide quality product or service, I will provide Innovation, I should provide attractive and delicious food and make them at affordable price. How many personnel do I need? If Im just a beginner and my capital is not as big I can have 2-3 personnel only.

What kind of records do I need? - There will be inventory of supply that on my business to monitor my needs. 15. How much capital do I need? - php 10, 000 16. How profitable will the business be? - The people who eat in my carinderia would likely have great advantage and they will save their money. 17. How financially healthy will be? - Ill use my capital and the money that I earned wisely and budget it at the same time. 18. What is my break even point? - When I cant meet my target sales in each day for 5 months.

Yung ibang carinderia sa tabi ko. 4. Where am I going to put up my business? Sa gilid ng factory ng mga bag.

5. Who are my costumers? Mga factory workers. 6. How will my costumers buy? 7. Sisiguraduhin kong kami ay magluluto at maghahanda ng masasarap n pagkaing abot kaya ng bulsa. What is my share in the market? Sa murang halaga makakatipid ang aking mga costumers sa pamamagitan nito makakabili sila ng iba pa nilang pangangailangan sa market. 8. What is the market potential? Sa aking pananaw mababawi ko ang aking puhunan kung ipagpaaptuloy ko ang paghahanda ng masasarap na pagkain sa murang halaga. 9. How big is my space ? Ang aking carinderai ay kasing laki lang ng isang kwarto sa aking tantsa ito ay nasa 15 square meter. 10. What equipment will I need and what size?

Ito ay mga pangkaraniwang kagamitan sa kusina halimbawa, kalan, gasul, ref mga kaldero ,lamesa upuan etc: kung sa laki ang pinag-uusapan katamtamang laki lang na magagamit sa carinderia 11. How will create or attract my costumers?

Katulad ng sinabi ko inihahanda naming ang mga pagkain na mura na at masarap pa. bukod pa dito ang pinakamahalaga ay panatilihin naming ang kalinisan sa aming carinderia upang maiwasan ang pag kakasakit ng aming costumers. 12. How many personnel do I need?

Sa mga costumers na kakain sa carinderia, maiipon o masasave pa nila ang kanilang pera , sa abot kayang halaga makakakain sila ng masarap na pagkain 17. How financially healthy will be?

Gagamitin ko ang aking kinita ng sapat at wasto tamang pag bubudget sa pera. 18. What is my break even point?

Kapag hindi ko nabawi ang aking puhunan o kung ang benta ko ay humina na sa loob ng 5 buwan.
