Importance of ICT in Vietnams education
Education = top priority ICT = transform education quality
School year 2008-2009 = year of ICT in education.

By 2015, 100% uni teachers will use ICT in teaching

(Directive No.55/2008/CT-BGDT); (Decision No.1400/2008/QD-TTG)
