The school
Lalitpur Madhyamik Vidhyalaya (LMV) was founded by a board of five members who were among the founders of the Lalitpur Coaching Institute. After about three years of operation of the Coaching Institute, the school came into existence as a registered institution from 1981 A.D. Since 1984 the school has been serving and producing S.L.C. graduates regularly. In October of 2003, this school has been registered under Educational Trust of HMG, Education Department. At present, the school has about 900 students in Classes Nursery to 10 and a total of 60 staff members. Academic Concerns
Our main concern is to help the students coming from various social economic groups by making the best use of time we get to make them fit for S.L.C. Exams. We have creative teachers who prefer teaching students not only through government books but also through various other publications intended to help them to develop a better future. The teachers and the students work together to reach the final desired goals in every field of study. We feel that how much taught is not of as much importance in comparison to how much is learnt. We also have strong emphasis on the discipline of our students. Our motto is "Enlighten Thyself to Enlighten Nepal"
