The Circuit Attorney of the City of St. Louis, State of Missouri, upon information and belief, charges that Count 1: Robbery 2nd Degree (Class B FELONY) RSMo 569.030 ON 3/10/2013 Time: 4:10 PM Place: 34XX CHIPPEWA ST (SCC 12020)

The defendant, in violation of Section 569.030, RSMo, committed the class B felony of robbery in the second degree, punishable upon conviction under Section 558.011, RSMo, in that on or about March 10, 2013 at 4:10 PM, in the City of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant, acting with another, forcibly stole a wallet in the possession of D.W.

PROBABLE CAUSE STATEMENT DATE: March 12, 2013 I, Patrick Welch, a law enforcement officer for the City of St. Louis, State of Missouri, knowing that false statements on this form are punishable by law, state that the facts contained herein are true. 1. I have probable cause to believe that Antoine Ransfer, JR, a Black Male DOB: XX/XX/94 Age: 18, committed one or more criminal offense(s). Count 1: Robbery In The Second Degree (Class B FELONY) RSMo 569.030 ON 3/10/2013 Time: 4:10 PM Place: 34XX CHIPPEWA ST (SCC 12020) 2. The facts supporting this belief are as follows: D.W. and the defendant were involved in a car collision. As D.W. spoke with the defendant regarding car insurance, D.W. held his wallet in his hand. The defendant took D.W.s wallet and the defendant and another male punched D.W. several times, before fleeing with D.W.s wallet.
