Produce competent graduates in: Art and Science, Education, Business & Management, Information Technology, Technology Engineering Community Development, Environmental Sciences Fisheries Agriculture Toourism Graduate Studies and other related courses. Conduct researches and provide extension and production services for the needs and expectations of the people of Partido area.
