PROJECT REPORT PROFORMA FOR BBA STUDENTS Aim and Objectives of the Project Work The project is an activity assigned to each student to identify a problem at the firm level/industry level and undertake a research study, through a systematic research methodology. The students have to analyze the data using appropriate techniques and draw-up conclusion and recommendations. Guidelines for the Project Report Submission: The topic cannot be changed Highlighted topics in content page are mandatory in all projects. 1. The Reference Matter


Appendix An appendix is used for additional or supplementary materials, which has not found place in the main text. The materials that can be included here are original interview schedules/questionnaire, copies of covering letters used, documents and long explanatory notes to the text, statistical tests used and tables referred and any other material of considerable reference value. Bibliography The books, journals, reports and other sources of secondary data according to alphabetical order of last name (surname) of the author are to be listed in the format given below: Book Dessler, Gary and Varkkey, Biju. Human Resource Management. Prehtice Hall, New Delhi, 2009. Articles Nirmala Banerjee, Trends in Womens Employment, Economic and Political Weekly, Vol. 4(2):1989, pp. 1022. Students are advised to write the reference as stated above.

Instructions
1. Front page of hard bound should be as on next page. 2. Hard bound should be done only after getting approval of project by the respective
allocated mentor. (Hard bound must be Black only) 3. A presentation of atleast 10 slides and not more than 15 slides is to be prepared which has to be given at the time of Viva. 4. 5. The internal mentor is required to mark the students out of 50 marks. List to be submitted
to project co-coordinators and to be submitted in electronic format( Feel free to contact incase of any queries related to Marking Scheme).

7. Each mentor has to submit the weekly report to project coordinators
