WORK EXPERIENCES : Mechanical Technician , Millwright: Carry out daily routine preventive maintenance program to keep all equipment in good condition by relubrication and readjustment or mayor/minor repair if required. This included centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, fin-fan coolers and motor operated valve ( MOV ), Nitrogen plant, Gas Turbine, Compressors and Power Generator Gas Turbines. Conduct detection oriented program on all mechanical equipment by visual inspection to identify potential failure of the equipment. This included; oil leak, heat, dirtiness, vibration, noisy, corroded part and also the related safety aspects and house keeping. Prepare proposal to superior to Review and readjust: interval preventive maintenance,tasks list and manhour required and modification required. Prepare the check list of inspection findings and create work order for execution by maintenance field crew. Carry out shut down train jobs, power generator job of MI / HGPI gas turbine, compressor and shop repair as required by supervisor.
