Heart health issues and fitness are becoming an alarming concern in the society these days, even for the young people. Researchers have claimed that one major cause for these heart issues is the artificial life style that most of us have these days. Heart disease is considered to be the number one cause of death amongst female Americans. It can be only fought by staying fit. Fitness is becoming a major issue these days as obesity is increasing amongst the people every day. You might find it shocking to know that even young fit women nowadays are at a risk of being diagnosed with heart diseases. Countries like America have seen an alarming increase in the rate of this disease amongst young women. The biggest problem is that when young women feel chest ache, they do not seek instant medical care. It has been observed that in most such cases, they tend to ignore it at the early stages. Precautions According to the recent research from Yale University; men recognize the ticker faster than women and seek medical care instantly. It is always better to see your doctor on a regular basis. Make regular appointments and do not ignore them. Also you must seek a second opinion when you feel something is off. The key is to not take it lightly or ignore it. You should be very careful about your own health. Fitness and Mental Attitude Fitness programs are a good thing and taking a regular morning walk is also very important for the active pumping of your heart. For a healthy heart, it is essential to maintain your cardio and keep up a walk-jog routine

at least 30 minutes a day. Positive attitude is a plus point as it helps psychologically. Those mini heart attacks you keep getting while being stressed might actually lead to a real one. Learn to manage stress and release the tension. When you are taking things easy, then your heart will also be at ease. Food and Nutrition Eat the right food! You must include vegetables, fruits, whole grains and fiber in your diet. You should also eat fish at least twice a week. You should have a balanced diet. Your daily diet must include at least 12-13% protein, 60-65% carbohydrates, 22-28% un-saturated fats and drink at least 3 glass of milk daily. Even if you are diagnosed with a heart problem already, seek the best health care possible. Women who go through health problems might take some time to fully recover. But with proper medication and care you can fight this disease as there are so many young women who have survived and lead a happy life, even after being diagnosed with heart problems.
