Working on a Virginia based data center project, handling a number of trades from an on-site position. Writing RFIs, submittals, and change orders on a regular basis. Talking to architect and subcontractors regularly to work through concerns or issues with product installation and quality. Continuing with role as BIM coordinator and running weekly meetings with all of the major trades including mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and controls. Stationed in main office as a member of the Building Information Modeling department, through January 2012, producing site logistics for universities, office buildings, and data centers using Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 and creating and developing 3D models for various project pursuits using Autodesk Revit 2012. Also assisted in planning minor renovations to a large conference center in the area, and created all of the necessary architectural drawings for renovation using AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit Architecture 2012. Relocated to a Texas based data center project site in January 2012 and took on the role as the BIM coordinator. Ran coordination meetings on a weekly basis and created 3D PDFs for quality checking current work in the field using Navisworks 2012, Simlab, and Bluebeam Revu 8.5. Designed various marketing solutions for the owner to implement during site tours using Microsoft PowerPoint 2007, Prezi, and Autodesk Revit Architecture 2012, among the solutions, QR codes to illustrate the projects weekly progress.
