Health Today Sdn. Bhd. is a company that producing health juice (health product) for all stage of ages. It also came up with affordable price. Beside, we also targeting to compete other health product company and targeting to become southeast asia number one. In part 1, we explain about the detail and info of our company. As part 2 explain about administration plan, we focusing about how our company doing work and business. We also explain about our sources of funds and organization structure. In part 3, the operation plan is explained. The flowchart of our company business which is how we do our business from the process of creating the product and also finding the supplier being explained in part 3. We also explained about our floor plan and operation budget. For marketing, we explained it in part 4. We define our goods and also our business. Besides, we also explained about marketing mixed and also target market and market segmentation. On top of that, we also state our competitors in our business. In part 5, we explained about financial plan. You can see our asset, liability and power equity of our business in 3 years in part 5.

What is the name of your business? As we are focusing on human health, we named our company as HEALTH TODAY. This is because we want the citizen in Malaysia keep healthier every day. Besides, we also a global nutrition company that has helped people pursue a healthy, active life. Health Today is a company where the very best of nature and science have come together to unlock the power of many of the world's most beneficial fruits. Our health and nutritional products center on an exclusive blend of the aai berry (pronounced "ah-sah-ee")found only in remote regions of the Amazonand other unique fruits, each selected for its specific nutritional properties. Health Today brand products are designed to provide you with the antioxidant protection and phytonutrients you need to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. On top of that, we also support the many program to help bring good nutrition to children and adult who in need. We also sponsor world-class athletes, teams and events around the globe. We also were targeting to change peoples lives by providing the best business opportunity in direct selling and the best nutrition and weight-management products in the world.

Form of ownership. Why did you choose this type of ownership? We are form of sole proprietorships which is owned and usually operated by one person. As we know, the healthcare industry usually evolves in both good and bad economic conditions. Many sole proprietors seek to benefit from this stability by starting healthcare businesses. So, same goes to our company, to gain more revenue, we form in sole proprietorships.

Business Goals For the first year of our business, we were targeting to market our product in global market. Besides, we also target to compete with other big company which producing health product and give a good competition to them. Last but not least, we target to bring new pattern or new ways of health care in Malaysian folklore. Long term goal 20 years above. We targeting to be the number one company which is produce health product in Southeast Asia. Then, we also targeting to maintain and improve our product and also to come up with a new product that accordance with current requirements.

In addition, we will also give an opportunity to those interested in becoming a distributor of our products as well as they will also benefit from the sale of our products. Why We Choose This Business?

Other than to make money and generate revenue, we also want to give back to humanity to help them stay healthy and provide products that are very relevant to each community. Besides that, we also want to compete with large products and prove that local products also have a very good quality.

Sources of Funds. To run this business, we have 3 sources of funds. 1) Bank Loans. As we know, banks are like the supermarket of debt financing. They provide short-, mid- or long-term financing, and they finance all asset needs, including working capital, equipment and real estate. This assumes, of course, that we can generate enough cash flow to cover the interest payments (which are tax deductible) and return the principal. 2) Friends and family members. We are very lucky to have family and friends who support us not only morally but also financially. They do not tend to push repay money lent even willing to cooperate in the promotion of our products.

3) Own Money. We also use our own money to do this business.

The most important materials for our product are a fruit. As we must keep our raw materials in stock, we have 3 different company that supply us. Local Company ; Provide local fruit. We use local company because we will lower the cost of producing the product.

EarthFruit Company ; They provide ACAI BERRY to us. As acai berry just can get from amazon, they are the only one suppler for acai berry.

Backup Company ; They will supply us when there is problem with local company.

As you know that our name company is Health Today Sdn. Bhd. We produce our product such as supplement, vitamin A, vitamin C and other health food. We are a global nutrition company that has helped people pursue a healthy. Our nutrition, weight-

management and personal care products are available exclusively through our more than 2.3 million independent Distributors in more than 81 countries. We support the Health Today Sdn. Bhd. Family Foundation (HFF) program to help bring good nutrition to children in need. We also sponsor world-class athletes, teams and events around the globe, including the LA Galaxy and FC Barcelona soccer clubs. Our bodies are exposed daily to air pollution and food. Every time that contaminants will be retained in our body little by little and forming free radicals that form a variety of diseases in our body. Health Today Sdn. Bhd. Produce a product food supplement that produces the

elements of an anti-oxidant that is capable of fighting, reducing and elimination of free radicals in our body. In addition, it supplies nutrients and high-quality nutrients that are not found in other supplements, to give and provide optimal energy for our bodies.

PROMOTION

To promote our product to customer, our company uses many type of promotion. Firstly, we use flyers to make promotion. We use 250 quantity of it and the price of each flyer RM 2.50. Then, we also use brochure. The price of each RM3.50 and we use around 250 quantity of broachers. Besides that, other else promotion that we use is pamphlet. The price of each pamphlet is RM3.50 and we use 250 quantity of pamphlet. This pamphlet us will gave to te customer that walk around our promotion to attract them buy our product. Then, we use poster to hang out at 50 different places to hang it. The price of each posture is RM50.00 and we use in small quantity of it. Although than that, we also promote this promotion at Hot.fm because we have been sponsor by our investor. Lastly, we use social networking such as Facebook and blogger. We use this application because it free and it can buy online. If the customer want to buy through this worldwide, they just ask our company to bank in the money of each product that they want.

The marketing mix in place is our company choice the strategies place that suitable to sell our product. The place that we choice to promote our product is

Amanjaya Mall at Sungai Petani. This is because many people go to there to have a shop with their family and the rent of shop more cheap than others place. Besides their shopping, their also can look and try our healthy drink. Another place to marketing mix is Queensbay Mall at Georgetown, Penang. At this place, many of people that come to this mall most of them come from other countries and other people from oversee. In addition, we can take initiatives to promote our product to them. Besides that, our company can get more customers and promote our product to oversee and this will make our empire large.

While, their weakness in marketing is not capable of performing their product packaging that can attract the customers. Besides that, the price of our product cheapest than Herbalife Sdn. Bhd. From this project, we gather much information and many things that we learn when doing this project. A business plan is not just a lengthy document that helps you obtain financing. It's truly a thorough examination of whether your business idea is viable. Preparing your business plan in the early stages of developing your business can save you a great deal of time, money and heartache by showing you where the weaknesses in your idea lie and giving you a chance to correct them before you make any serious mistakes.

For example, in the process of putting together your business plan, you might discover that you haven't really thought enough about your marketing budget or you haven't done enough research on government regulations that will affect your business.
