Fabrication from Clad Plate and/or Strip/Wire Overlay, and Solid Stainless, Nickel & other high Alloys.
Base Materials - Carbon, 11/4 Cr, 2 1/4 Cr-1Mo steels, with or without controlled chemistry, in addition to Solid Stainless and Nickel Alloy Fabrication. Cladding & Alloy Overlays for Stainless Steels, Alloy 825, Alloy 625, Alloy C276 and others, with testing to meet dis-bonding & other Project Specifications. Expedited Fabrication of new Vessels as well as Upgrade Modifications of existing Vessels to meet critical turnaround schedules. Specialty Fabrications include Heat Exchanger Shells, Channel Covers,Transfer Line Headers & Piping, and overlaid Tube Sheets.
