1985, Propt USA has been a leading footwear business, specializing in sizes and widths. We are known for our comfort wear, but are in the process of expanding our line of slippers and our outdoor lines, capitalizing on our biggest selling series, TravelWalker. We are looking for a Summer 2013 intern looking to gain real-world marketing experience, preferably with an interest in product marketing. During this time you will experience the launch of our Spring 2014 collection, the fulfillment of various specialty brochures and print work, the printing and mailing process, market research analysis, and navigating through a new B2B website. Summer interns will be paid the Washington State minimum of $9.19 per hours worked. Details of the Job: Seasonal website product updates o Creating CSV upload of product information o Uploading data and images o Editing video and uploading to website Market Research o Customer Satisfaction Survey o Employee Satisfaction Survey Maintaining the image folders Image delivery to dealers Assisting in print production products o Proofreading o Copy writing (if student is from English or communications program) o Printing Assisting in mass mailing o Print production o Organizing and assembling mailing materials o Creating mailing lists and assembling mail merge documents Additional help with the marketing department, as needed Requirements: Must be able to work up to 30-40 hours/week from June 3, 2013 August 23, 2013 Currently seeking a degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field Detail Orientated Skilled in Microsoft Office, including Excel Adobe Creative Suite experience a major plus Please send your resume, one professional reference (can be a professor, supervisor, etc.), and one project or assignment that reflects your skills as an up-and-coming marketing professional.
