Key Terms
PRINCE2 is a Registered Trade Mark of the Office of Government Commerce in the United Kingdom and other countries. The Office of Government Commerce (OGC) is an independent office of HM Treasury The OGC works with central Government departments and other public sector organizations OGC provides policy standards and guidance on best practice in procurement, projects and estate management. TSO stands for The Stationary Office. This is another government department of United Kingdom and is responsible for all official publication. TSO publishes MSP for OGC. MSP stands for Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2. This book is also called the PRINCE2 manual. The APM Group is a leading Accreditation, Certification and Qualification organization recognized internationally by government agencies. APMG has been granted delegated authority by OGC to issue licenses for the re-use of OGC's trade marks and the Crown copyright in the publications relating to them.

75 Multiple-choice questions per paper 5 questions to be trial and not counted in scores Passing Percentage- 50% (35 marks required out of 70 available) One hour duration Closed-book exam

There are total of 19 lessons.
The lessons are 01- Introduction 02-Principles 03-Introduction to Themes 04- Business Case 05- Organization 06- Quality 07-Plans 08-Risks 09- Change 10- Progress 11- Introduction to PRINCE2 process 12-18- PRINCE2 process 19- Tailoring PRINCE2 to the project environment

After completing the first 3 lessons, please go through lesson 11 first and than

lessons 4 till 10 for better understanding.
