Introduction To The study


It is true fact that if you are satisfied you recommended to others. Word of mouth and customer satisfaction play a very important role in determining market perception about an automobile. It is the market perception that determines the success of a company and so it is very important for the car manufacturers to measure the willingness of existing users of a product to recommend it to others. The same is a lot of interest to customers as well for it helps them make the purchase decision A car is one of the most significant purchases that an Indian household makes and this project addresses the most important question that perplexes car manufacturers:

Objectives of this Research


To determine the potential effectiveness of an individual occupying a particular role in an

organization.
To help people understand the knowledge they need to do their jobs well and where to

find that knowledge. To find out relation between Role Efficacy and Role Clarity. To provide suggestions for increasing Role Efficacy and Role Clarity among employees. PLEASE CHANGE THIS DONT ALWAYS COPY PASTE IT OTHERWISE I WILL REJECT YOUR RESEARCH REPORT.

Scope Of The Study

As the report mentions there are clue in the market that the cars are on a path of becoming commodities just like the fate awaits for any other consumer goods. So what can be the role and scope of brands and their personality in the changes scenario to establish the brand perception of any car in the mind set of a customer present or potential can be one area of study?

Sampling Method

Simple random sampling technique has been used to select the sample. A simple random sample is a group of subjects (a sample) chosen from a larger group (a population). Each subject from the population is chosen randomly and entirely by chance, such that each subject has the same probability of being chosen at any stage during the sampling process. This process and technique is known as Simple Random Sampling, and should not be confused with Random Sampling.

Researcher Design

I propose to first conduct a intensive secondary research to understand the full impact and implication of the industry, to review and critique the industry norms and reports, on which certain issues shall be selected, which I feel remain unanswered or liable to change, this shall be further taken up in the next stage of exploratory research. This stage shall help me to restrict and select only the important question and issue, which inhabit growth and segmentation in the industry.

Method And Source Of Data Collection


Data has been collected through industrial visits. For this Primary source of data collection (Questionnaire method) is used. QUESTIONNAIRE is a set of questions for obtaining information from respondents.

Problem statement
To find out relation between Role Efficacy and Role Clarity.To identify the skills necessary to perform successfully, the responsibilities for knowledge sharing, and the important knowledge connections between people. PLEASE CHANGE IT

Hypothesis
H0 role clarity is more important than role efficacy H1 role efficacy is more important than role clarity

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
A research process consists of stages or steps that guide the project from its conception through the final analysis, recommendations and ultimate actions. The research process provides a systematic, planned approach to the research project and ensures that all aspects of the research project are consistent with each other.

QUESTION DESIGN
We question consists of the following items In question design process, we have considered the factors given here under: 1) Relevancy and accuracy of the question was considered as the first important objective. However, I will also try my best that the wording of the question should be simple and easily understandable

2) Our questionnaire required two types of information; First,how much preference the employees give to their role effectiveness Second,are they clear about their roles they perform to do their job.

3) These questions were about knowledge of the role efficacy and role clarity THIS IS AGAIN THE SAME COPY PASTE. After deciding what should be asked, We focused our attention on the following points: -Question contents will be relevant and accurate. -Question wording will be easy. -Question sequence will be logical. -Question will be pure of complexity and ambiguity. -Open ended question will be asked. -Personal question and question that are more interesting an easier to employees.

SAMPLING TECHNIQUES OF THE RESEARCH

What do we mean by sampling is the use of simple random technique of sampling. While selecting a book, We read some pages or lines or related topic of the research and selected the Sampling Techniques. SAMPLING The process of using a small number of items or parts of the whole population to make conclusions about the whole population. SAMPLES A sample is a subset or some part of a large population. In research 250 respondents were selected by me to represent the sample. POPULATION A complete group of entities shares some common set of characteristics. The population of our research was the total population of Multan City. SAMPLING UNIT A single element or group of element subject to the selection in the sample in case of this research-sampling unit was selected respondents.

SAMPLING TECHNIQUES APPLIED We select non probability sampling techniques, under which We applied quota sampling and probability sampling by means of which We applied systematic sampling.

QUOTA SAMPLING A non-probability sampling procedure that insures certain characteristics of a population sample represent the exact extent that the investigator desires. SYSTEMATIC SAMPLING A sampling procedure in which an initial starting point is selected by a random process and then every number on the list is selected. SAMPLING INTERVAL

Sampling interval is the number of population elements amongst the units selected for the sample.
