Summary List of Changes since Version 2.

00 Fixes Fixed an issue with the ERM configuration through the front panel not remembered after power cycle. It now saves the ERM configuration variable into EEPROM. The XCP extended limits block shows incorrect high limit when configured for 100 or 110 volts. The high limit was previously reported as 144 volts when it shoul d be 120 volts. This is also in error for the high voltage units when selecting 200/208. The limit should be reported as 250 volts (not 288 volts as was before) . UPS performance is not affected. Only the software which uses the XCP Extended Limits Block, to display input voltage range would always show the high limit a s 144v for LV units and 288v for HV units before this change. If the UPS detects a bad battery due to a failure to reach float mode", the batte ry failure alarm will reoccur as soon as the battery is reconnected. To reset th is alarm, the UPS must be shut down and restarted, then disconnect the battery i n order to prevent the alarm from reoccurring immediately. This "failure to reac h float mode" alarm should be reset whenever the battery is disconnected. Althou gh the alarm is being reset, the Batt_Charger_Fail_Timer is not reset to 48 hours, so the timer contains zero and when the batteries are reconnected the alarm reo ccurs. The cumulative Batt_15_Sec_Timer" was reset every time the UPS returns from batte ry mode. This means that repeated short discharges (less than 15 seconds), would not restart the charger. This is modified to only reset the timer once the ABM mode goes back to the charge mode. Fixed an issue with the front-panel EBM configuration. The issue was that batter y time remaining was not remembered after restart when EBM was configured. The n ew code will now save the system variable Batt_BaseTime into EEPROM.

Enhancements Batt_Charger_Fail_Timer is reset to Batt_Reach_Float_Time every time ABM enters to charging mode. This will make the fault detection more robust. ABM will now go back to charging mode when there is 15-sec accumulative discharg e on float or rest mode. ABM will now go back to charging mode when the battery mode drops below a thresh old after 10-day on rest mode. Added the sign extension bit toggling to enhance the code stability. The "long run time DCUV (105V)" is now used until the ABM "float" mode is reache d. This will help prevent the battery from being deeply discharged by repeated s hort utility outages without adequate recharge time. Previously, the short run t ime DCUV (100V) was used. The rest mode battery test will now be disabled anytime the UPS has transferred to battery. Added a change to clear the battery DCOV alarm when batteries are disconnected. (Nuisance alarm, can't be in OV since the battery is disconnected) Added a saturation limit to the inverter DC feedback controls to limit response to utility switching noise. Added a line event counter (meter #92) to the XCP meter block. Add a ESW build number to XCP extended limits block. Add a XCP response of "busy" if "UPS ON" or "Load Power Off and Restart" command sent while EPO is active. Added a "ACK" battery test request command since battery testing is always activ e. Eliminated a setting of XCP "Inverter UV" nuisance alarm while on battery due to fast inverter UV detection.

If a fan failure alarm is detected, it now forces fan speed control to high spee d. This will allow for automatic clearing of fan failure alarm if fan is tempora rily blocked and blockage is cleared. Disabled the low-battery alarm message during the 30-sec pending power down mode.
