Baker Hughes Licenses The Techlog Interactive Suite
Baker Hughes has licensed the Techlog©
Interactive Suite to support their worldwide
Geosciences services. The trend-setting
petrophysical reservoir characterization
application, Techlog©, is expected to be
deployed to enhance Baker Hughes’
recognized strengths in geosciences
and support services. Techsia S.A. have
announced that Baker Hughes Incorporated
has licensed the Techlog© software suite
and is expected to incorporate the next
generation Techlog© Interactive Suite of
programs within their established and highly
regarded geoscience services supporting the
directional drilling and formation evaluation
and wireline product lines.
After an evaluation process involving
a number of competitor products, Techlog©
was chosen as the petrophysical reservoir
characterisation package to support Baker
Hughes’ diverse geosciences activities.
Techlog’s integration, visualization and
interactivity enable users to combine all
kinds of petrophysical information within a
single graphical user interface and embodies
state-of-the-art, trend-setting capability to
incorporate many types of data within the
same dynamic and customisable workflows.
Techsia’s strengths include its proactive
support team and its commitment to continue
the development and implementation of new
concepts within petrophysics for the benefit
of the whole geosciences discipline.
