When metal surfaces rubbed together under pressure, the friction causes rolling or sliding resistance. Tearing of ware metals from metal surfaces creates heat in order of hundreds of degrees Fahrenheit as bits of metal are pulled away.

This action develops uneven pits and channels in the metal surfaces as the bits of metal are broken off. The action roughs up the smoothly machined metal surfaces, resulting in more friction, causing greater heat, and wear to develop.

The heat produced oxidizes metal surfaces and making them in turn more subject to wear. The worn out metal, then, did not caught in the lter, gets back between the rubbing metal surfaces to act as an abrasive, causing accelerated wear process and get worse. And the degenerative wear cycle becomes more aggressive with time. In addition, the oils and greases also oxidized (especially when water, acid, and salts are present), reducing their lubricating qualities which add up the problem. Increased friction may cause oils and greases get hot enough to oxidize fast enough to burst in ame; resulting in severe damage to the expensive machine they were intended to protect.

Obviously, friction and corrosion are machine's worst enemies.

Engine Oil Quality Test

5% of POWER MAXI addition to engine oil will not change oils properties, because POWER MAXI is a metal treatment super slippery lubricant and not an oil additive. POWER MAXI delivers the super slippery molecule through oil to reach metal surface, and forms a strong covalent and ionic bond on vital metal surface, minimizes friction up to 70%. The table results show: there is an extraordinary increase in the Engine Oils stability & performance after 5,000 Km or even after 10,000 Km, after the addition 5% of POWER MAXI to the Engine Oil: Viscosity of Oil @ 40C Engine Oil with POWER MAXI: Almost no change means that POWER MAXI does not increase the viscosity of the oil. Viscosity of Oil @ 100C:
(The viscosity of liquids decreases as temperature increases. The viscosity of a lubricant is closely related to its ability to reduce friction. This value is very important to show how stable the oil lm is in order to protect the moving parts of engine against frictions, tear & wear)

Directions for Use


ADD POWERMAXI: 3-5% to OIL, up to 5% to GREASE
May be added at any time without changing the lubricant in use. When it is necessary to change lubricant, follow these instructions:

Before adding POWER MAXI for the rst time, it is advised to ush the old engine oil with PRIMO SUPER ENGINE FLUSH

1. Pour (synthetic or mineral) oil to empty and clean container

Please contact your local PRIMO Representative for on-site mixing advice in Pail (18.9 L) & Drum (200 L) packaging

2. Add 3-5% of POWER MAXI to container Recommended Application: - Add 5% to small engine (motorcycle, car under 12 Litres of oil capacity), or rst time application - Add 3-max 5% to bigger engine (above 12 Litres of oil capacity) or forth application

3. Blend completely by simple manual mixing (< 10 Liters of oil) or mixer tool & stiring lightly for 2-10 minutes (depends on oil capacity)

Important Notes
Does not contain PTFE, Silicone, Teon, other corrosive chemical & also DOES NOT contain solids lubricant such as Moly (MoS2), Boron Nitrite, Tungsten or Graphite. Will not clog oil lters as it is purely lubricant. Not recommended for use in brake uid for safety reasons.

Steps:

Pour PRIMO Super Engine Flush into the used oil to clean the engine Turn on the engine and let it run idle for 10-15 minutes

Drain off all the used oil. Replace the used oil lter with a new one

Mix Powermaxi into the new engine oil


(1 bottle (250 mL) for 4 Litres of engine oil)

Mix & blend completely
