What is a superset ? A superset is performed wh en two exercises are completed in a row without stopping. In this workout we superset each body part with 21 reps using dumbbells and barbells. The benefits of this class is to help you achieve good lean m uscle, burn body fat and calories which will in turn provide you with a better endurance level. It is a quality class as it is highly supervised by the instru ctor to ensure key movements are done correctly to obtain maximum results. It also includes a good session (around 10mi nutes) of pure Abb and Core work which helps control everyday movements that need to be strong to be effect ive. DUMB-BELL A high cardiovascular 60 minute class designed to shed at least 600 calories per session, more than any other BLITZ strength training program can achieve. This is an all over bod y-workout with dumbbells to provide simultaneous improvements in general conditioning, body composition, muscular endurance, muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness. A circuit based class working evenly on both sides of the body generating more working muscle fibres as well as giving your mind a complete work - out. (class not recommended if carry ing an injury) ADVANCED CLASS CIRCUIT Whether you are trying to lose weight, build muscle or just get in shape, circuit training programs can be designed to meet specific needs. Circuit training maximizes caloric bur n and works the cardiovascular system by keeping you moving, not allowing for long rest periods between exercises. It combi nes resistance training and high intensity aerobics so it is easy to follow and will target strength building as well as muscular en durance. Rather than doing multiple sets of one exercise with a

long rest between sets, a typical circuit workout consists of s everal stations set up in a sequence with alternating exercises for opposing muscle groups - allowing one muscle group to rest whi le it antagonist works the other. Stations are often timed, with 60 to 90 seconds of maximal repetitions performed at each stati on followed by 30 seconds to rest and move to the next station .
