At Carlson Print Group, I was able to take on any task I was given. I developed experience in writing company tutorials, which allowed current employees the opportunity to network and brand their identity through social media. I successfully researched potential clients and directed leads to 14 dierent sales executives. I also took on a client project, where I was able to work individually with the prepress technician and design a 4-page introductory brochure for a local business. - Demonstrated a strong work ethic by entering data and managing sales executives accounts - Increased communication skills by working with a variety of departments on one or more projects - Established ideas to advertise, market and improve the companys overall branding strategies

At the City of Bloomington Communications Division, I had the opportunity to learn e ective government communications while honoring my skills in writing for print publications and the web. In order to maintain a favorable image of the City, I interviewed some of Bloomingtons most reliable personnel, while enhancing my skills in photography, video production and graphic design. As a result of this internship, I gained a new perspective on how to think and communicate professionally within a business environment. - Conducted interviews and published news stories for the Citys local cable channel - Assisted with filming and editing video projects in addition to directing studio productions - Enhanced writing and editing skills by providing articles for the Citys bi-monthly newsletter
