Introduction In the world most people know that Nokia is the leading mobile phone,but did you know how they started? Nokia company started make their business in 1865 by Fredrik Idestam. In fact Nokia means soot and sable by Finnish language. The company created its first electronic department and started selling and operating computers. Their first original device constructed electronic department. In 1982 the company raised into electronics and by launching the first digital control. The company created first Mobira Talkman mobile phone which came out in 1984, the phone was very big but it was functional. In 1987 Nokia also developed and launched the first mobile standard, which called GSM and after that carry out the first GSM call on a Nokia phone in 1991. The top management of Nokia was predicting and waiting for global mobile tendencies. At this point, Nokia company started to adapt and focus on their product in business of telecommunications with 1992 forward. In 1992 Nokia company created the first receiver of GSM, which called Nokia 1011. Moreover, the first satellite was made in the same year. In 1997,mobile snake of game was shown 6110 receivers, then it became the classic game. In as much as every person ,wherever he goes bus, train, at work and any free time was playing this game. The first touch screen mobile phone was created in 2004 by Nokia company. In the next year,2005 they sold Nokia 7710 around million phones in Nigeria. Also, in 2005 they started making Nokia N series of multimedia devices. Now a days, participates in production of mobile devices and the mobile network equipment, just as in ensuring the connected decisions and services in over the world. The company has four most important business functions or sections: Mobile phones, Multimedia, Corporate decisions and Networks. The segment of Mobile phones supplies a various mobile voice and devices of data. This section offers mobile phones and the devices founded on GSM/KPAE, 3G/WCDMA, and the cellular CDMA technologies. The multimedia part offers mobile devices and statements with multimedia opportunity of connection on GSM, 3G/WCDMA, WLAN and Bluetooth. 2. Just as the foreign government, is vital that Nokia had good relations with their government in Finland as any political instability, such as change in the government or a coalition, can lead to new carried-out laws who will mention Nokia a lot. As far as Nokia is interested, the economic system is important as it can operate that the organization as it has to make and category of the recipient who has to use their final products has to make. On the one hand, aspects of international trade important for Nokia being the global supplier of mobile phones and on the other hand, the knowledge of rather national economic status (Type of the carried-out economic system, inflation Growth, level of an employment rate and an exchange rate) is equally important to understand future plans of rather personal and financial security together with business strengthening. It - why Nokia has to consider their situation in the industry and try to become once again the leader of the market, offering new innovative ability and to reach the market before his competitors. There was a lot of global advance in technology, such as MMS, Bluetooth, WAP, GSM, GPRS, cameras, etc. the Asian markets - more technologically advanced than the European colleagues, for example in 2002, only 4% of phones had cameras whereas in Asia of 90% made.

Not only that competitors - threat of the intellectual, but also Nokia, has to guarantee that they didn't fall the victim of counterfeiters who claim that there were Nokia products, but are cheap copies. As Nokia have manufacturers to the various countries, it is extremely important that they observed laws and the resolutions established by the different countries as laws will differ depending on the country, they can be laws on employment, Health and safety or even to exchange restrictions. 2.6 Environmental In today's culture for the organizations it is very important to be noticed as harmless to environment and ethic with its production because of global effect which it has on global warming, thus, Nokia has to guarantee that they worked in the corresponding manner. With the organizations of processing of the mobile phone, becoming more popular, it shows as important people regard it. The main issue with mobile processing - disposal of batteries in phones as they can become dangerous if not relieved respectively.
