Gallagher has brought about a membership comprised of Five retired C executives of ARAMARK Corporation, Four Doctoral Degree Members, Ph.D. (organic chemistry), D.M.D., Pharm. D., One JD, LL.M, plus One RADM, USN (RET), One CMDR, USN (RET), One CPA and One MA in Industrial Arts. MANAGEMENT BIOS John Gallagher is Managing Member and founder of Dent-Chew Brush, LLC. He has developed the Clean Bite from concept to reality and built the development team. Previously, he was SVP of AmeraCash Solutions, Inc., where he oversaw the recruitment of 400 independent merchants to establish Philadelphias largest POS network of utility payment locations. Prior to that he founded and was President of both American Recreational Builders, Inc. which constructed athletic facilities from 1973 to 1979 and was renamed Gallagher and Associates, Inc. when merging with Gallagher and Associates (Palm Springs, CA) transitioning to a unionized construction company specializing in the restoration of concrete and steel and the application of protective coatings. Primary clientele was the U.S. government (military, federal and state agencies) and industrial plants with projects ranging from U.S. Naval ships to bridge and highway infrastructure. Dr. Roman Bielski is a chemist with expertise in the total synthesis of carbohydrates and pheromones, formation of micro and nanocapsules for the controlled delivery, synthesis of polymers and radio-labeled compounds, ultra-sensitive detection and measurements in biological fluids, food and petroleum products. Dr. Bielski co-founded several small companies (Petramec, Petrotraces, Attochrom/Biotraces). At present, he is a Senior Scientist in Value Recovery, Inc., one of four partners in Cheminnolab, LLC., Adjunct Professor at the Pharmaceutical Department of the Wilkes University and has been elected a Secretary of the Chemical Consultants Network. Dr. Bielski developed a novel technology enabling the recovery of various waste components (using phase transfer catalysis), a method that economically destroys methyl bromide from fumigations and a novel material formulation for a disposable oral hygiene product based on cross-linked gelatin. Dr. Bielski holds a Masters degree in chemical engineering and a Ph.D. in organic chemistry (with O. Achmatowicz of the Achmatowicz reaction). He was a postdoctoral fellow at Imperial College in London with the Nobel laureate Sir Derek Barton. He worked in academia at Warsaw Agricultural University, Cornell University, and Lehigh University. Brian Gail has a 35 year track record of successful marketing experience. Most recently, he was founder and CEO of GailForce Communications a 32 person strategic marketing firm whose clients included ARAMARK, SAP, SEI, U.S. Dept. of Energy, Bearing Point, Exelon and Comcast. Prior to GailForce, Brian was Chief Marketing Officer for ARAMARK, where he re-branded and re-staged the $10 billion global corporation, helping triple the annual rate of top line growth and quadruple the annual rate of EBITDA. During his 5 year tenure, ARAMARK moved from Fortune #223 most admired to #10 in 3 years and appearing on the covers of Business Week, Fortune and Forbes during the same calendar year. Before joining ARAMARK, Brian was CEO of FCB Philadelphia, a 200+ person firm, where he was responsible for putting James Earle Jones on air for Bell Atlantic. Earlier in his career, he held SVP positions with IMS International and Ted Bates Advertising. Brian started his career as a Writer/Producer for Ayer New York. Brians professional awards include American Marketing Association (AMA) Gold Effie (2), Advertising Club of New York Addies (3), Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Silver Anvil (1), American Marketing Association Executive Lecturer; Fortune Forum Executive Lecturer. He has served on the board of directors for the following nonprofits: World Affairs Council, National Adoption Center, William Booth Society, LaSalle University and Philadelphia Archdiocese. Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Business Administration from LaSalle University. John P. Kallelis is President of Kallelis Management LLC that provides consulting services to businesses in Strategic, Business and Information Technology Planning. Prior to establishing Kallelis Management LLC in 1999, Mr. Kallelis served as Vice President of Information Technology and Corporate Officer for 16 years at ARAMARK Corporation, a privately held Philadelphia based managed services company with over $13 billion in revenues. In his 25 years with ARAMARK Mr. Kallelis also served as Director of Systems and Vice President of Distribution for an ARAMARK business unit. Since retirement Mr. Kallelis has remained active serving on boards and working for non-profit organizations as a pro bono consultant in addition to doing volunteer tax work for seniors and low income clients and providing budget counseling for the St Vincent DePaul Society clients. John holds a BS degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology Gregory A. Ross is currently Managing Member of Whoosh, LLC & Familyross, LLC. He is a former executive with ARAMARK Corporation, a world leader in providing professional services and one of FORTUNE magazine's "Most Admired Companies." While at ARAMARK, he held positions including Vice President of Corporate Planning & Development and President of Children's World Learning Centers. Mr. Ross's education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.

James W. Summers retired from ARAMARK Corporation in May 2002 where he was the Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration for Food and Support Services (FSS) Group. At that time FSS Group was a $7 billion international business. Prior to his last position as SVP Finance / Administration, Mr. Summers served as the Corporate Vice President, Audit and Control for three years where he was responsible for ARAMARKs worldwide audit function. Prior to his Audit position, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Health and Education Services Group (HES). He started his career with ARAMARK as the Vice President Finance for the Transportation Group. Since retiring in 2002, Mr. Summers consulted periodically with several of the International Presidents at ARAMARK Corporation. Presently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of Solar Roofing Systems, a startup company developing new solar energy roofing materials. Also, he serves as a Senior Advisor to GeoStrategy Consulting, a boutique management consulting firm. Mr. Summers is on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Susquehanna University where he serves as Chairman of the Campaign Taskforce and is a member of numerous committees. Mr. Summers holds an undergraduate degree in business administration from Susquehanna University and passed his CPA exam in the state of Pennsylvania. Alan Griffith is a financial executive with over 30 years of experience. Significant areas of accomplishment include corporate development, including acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings, planning and analysis and SEC reporting. He joined Aramark Corporation in 1983. Since April 2007, he has served in a part-time role as Senior Advisor to the CFO for ARAMARK Corporation. From 2002 to 2007, he was Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration for Aramarks Food and Support Service Group, a $9 billion international business. Prior he served as the EVP Finance for Aramarks Sports and Entertainment Division, a $1billion business and served as the Vice President, Controller for all of Aramark. Prior to joining ARAMARK, he spent five years with IU International in Philadelphia working in the controller and treasury functions. He also worked for Peat, Marwick, Mitchell, public accountants. He serves as a director for Presbys Inspired Life, a provider of housing and services for senior citizens and the Wildlife for Everyone Endowment Foundation. Griffith earned his undergraduate degree in accounting at the University of Scranton, where he currently serves on the executive committee for the Pride, Passion, Promise capital campaign, and his M.B.A. in finance at Temple University.
