Outdoor Track & Field Invitational

When: Tuesday, May 21st at 3:45pm * Entries would need to be submitted by Friday, May 17th by no later than 7pm to Ron Kelly at his e-mail address: rkelly01@maine.rr.com

Who: Open to any freshmen (and only freshmen) from Maine What: All individual events will be offered and only a Sprint Medley Relay (200-200-400-800) Where: Gorham High School How much: $50 per gender team so $100 for both boys and girls *If you are sending 5 or less athletes, then it is $10 per athlete. ** Make checks payable to Gorham High School w/ memo for Freshmen Invitational

Why: This is an opportunity for our young athletes to shine against peers in their own grade. It is also another opportunity to reach a new personal record.

Heptathlon / Decathlon Invitational

Who: Open to any high school athlete from Maine What: Heptathlon 1st day = 100 meter hurdles, high jump, shot put and 200 meters; 2nd day = long jump, javelin and 800 meters Decathlon 1st day = 100 meters, long jump, shot put, high jump, 400 meters; 2nd day = 110 meter hurdles, discus, pole vault, javelin, 1500 meters

Where: Gorham High School

How much: $10 per athlete. ** Make checks payable to Gorham High School w/ memo for Heptathlon/Decathlon Why: This is an opportunity to show the state of Maine who the best overall athletes are.
