Dear Alaska Republicans, Due to the precariousness of the Alaska Republican Partys financial situation, as State Chairman and the organizations Chief Executive Officer, I am directing all staff and other persons responsible for receiving and disbursing monies from all Alaska Republican Party funds to limit Party expenditures to rent, utilities and payroll. No other disbursements are to be authorized by anyone other than the State Chairman until I have received a complete and comprehensive report of all funds available to the Party, or until directed otherwise by the SCC as a body, including those funds in-transit. All funds received by the Alaska Republican Party, unless directed otherwise by the source of the funds, shall be deposited directly into the Partys (Federal) general/operating funds checking account until further notification is received from the SCC as a body or myself. The Chairman shall also receive a daily accounting of all funds received and disbursed until further notice is received from the SCC as a body or myself. These financial restrictions shall take effect immediately. Thank you for your assistance and cooperation as we work ourselves out of this mess. Inheriting a bank account with no equity has been challenging since February 1, when I became Chairman. Please reference the following Alaska Republican Party Rule: ARTICLE VI - STATE CENTRAL COMMITTEE: Section 9: Functions and Duties of the State Chairman The State Chairman shall supervise the ARP organization and affairs;
