2013-2014 Allocation Application

Thank you for submitting an application to receive funding from the Student Activity Fee for the 2013-14 academic year. While working on the application, the Advisory Board asks that you keep all the guidelines and instructions in mind. Once the deadline has been closed, the student board will review all applications and set up a time for the person listed as your contact to present to the Board. This will be a short 10-15 minute opportunity to overview your application proposal and allow the Board to ask questions. Please be prepared to have a knowledgeable representative available to attend the presentation on April 1, 2013 between the hours of 6pm-10pm. The purpose of this application is to fund student lead initiatives that will make a large impact for students here on campus in a positive way that requires larger amounts of funding. Keeping in mind that there is a limited amount of funds to allocate, regrettably, not all initiatives will be able to be funded through SFAB. Final decisions will be made by the Board in the middle of April (see below for the process timeline). Projects eligible to receive funding from the Student Organization Grant Allocation (SOGA) process will not be funded by SFAB. For more information about SOGA visit their website at: www.getinvolved.purdue.edu/organization/studentorganizationgrantallocationboard

If questions arise when completing the application, please direct them to SFABchair@gmail.com. On behalf of the Student Fee Advisory Board, we thank you for taking your time to complete this application and wish you the best of luck.

All the best,
