Major Accomplishments: Successfully implemented the first five-year Plan-of-Action which resulted in a 20% increase in production, 30% increase in operations, reduced annual expenditures by 55%, revised staffing, managed/increased corporate/federal grants, and increased cash flows. Collaborated to develop corporate branding/marketing concepts resulting in an 85% increase in donations and increase awareness with DART/Rail Kiosk ads that reached 1.2 million people/245,000 families, and partnered with the state/University of Texas to pass Sickle Cell legislation sickle cell trait identification program for all newborns in Texas.
