Developing Leaders at Oberoi International School, Mumbai

Leadership Cafe began work with a group of students from Grade 7 to 9 at Oberoi International School from January 2013. Since then, it has been a marvelous ride for the students and their Leadership coaches. IMPORTANT MILESTONES Students performance in subjects that they previously did not like, has improved because they now choose to study them instead of having to study them. Students have developed their personal vision of what they want to do and be. They developed milestones between their vision and current reality and started taking action towards their vision. This was an eye-opening experience for the students since never before had they thought of what they want to do with such rigor.

Leadership Cafe at Billabong High

ABOUT US

Why wait till 30, when you can be a leader at 12?

DEVELOPING THE MINDSET AND HABITS OF LEADERSHIP AMONG CHILDREN IS THE BEST GIFT YOU CAN GIVE THEM FOR LIFE! Children spend their time at school in academics and sports. But the important lessons to lead life are often kept from them till they graduate or start working. While a robust knowledge of academics is important, leading oneself and others, is a skill that is critical for the 21st century. Children often struggle to set goals, collaborate, to have mutually respectful relationships, and deal powerfully with obstacles. Without the mindset and habits of leaders, they stumble through their teenage years and often end up with lower ambition or reduced interest in their growth.
