Formed CSG forums @ UC level in Shikarpur District. Made the Teachers, Doctors, Female Medical Officers and other Para Medical Staff realized their responsibilities through meetings with them. Being a Team leader enhanced the capacity and confidence of the team members working in the field. Made the community identified their Health related problems and support them in achieving health services. Made the HF staff punctual and friendly with patients. Supervised R & R work and completed R& R work of BHU Jahan Khan, BHU Wazir Abad, BHU Soomar Goth @ Shikarpur District. Organized Free Medical Camps in Shikarpur District under the banner of PPHI DSU Shikarpur. Made the CSG forums effective in the areas and engage them in providing health facilities to poor and needy patients.

TERMS OF REFERENCE IN NCHD

Ensure Participation of 100% teachers, Social Workers, Nazims, Councilors, religious leaders and other stake holders in UC Level workshop. Joint visit along with DPM-V to monitor activities of Volunteers.

Facilitate Teachers to hold community meetings, identification of volunteers. Facilitate Stake holders of UC for regular community coordination to prevent drop out at village level of primary students. Identify training need for volunteers and prepare plan along with DPM-V to provide training to volunteers. Facilitate parents of the students through quarterly meetings for the promotion of the studies of their children.

TRAININGS ATTENDED
A three days training attended on VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN @ KARACHI conducted by HRCP SINDH. A training of 02 days on DEVOLUTION FOR COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT attended @ ISLAMABAD conducted by NRB. A training of 03 days on CHILD LABOUR attended @ Shikarpur conducted by UNICEF.
