Level 1 Headings are formatted as follows: Times New Roman, Bold, Size 14, Uppercase and Centred. Level 1 Headings can be extracted to appear in the table of contents with styles TOC 1.>

Use Title Case (Capitalise Each Word) and italicized table titles. Text and numerals in tables must use Times New Roman font and be between 10 12 points>
