The possession of the said room shall always with the licensor and the Licensor shall have a right to enter and inspect the said premises. 7. The licensee shall keep the said premises in a good condition and shall not cause any damage thereto and shall not create any nuisance or annoyance tot eh people in the neighborhood or store

any hazardous goods in the said room. 8. The Licensee shall not during the period of the agreement make any structural alterations in the said room. 9. It is agreed that if the licensee commits a breach of the terms and conditions of this agreement than notwithstanding anything herein contained the licensor shall be entitled to terminated this agreement by giving .. days notice to the licencee. 10.
