PRE-UPGRADE Phase PARCONV_UPG: Upgrade terminates with error An upgrade to SAP NW 7.

3 terminates in the phase PARCONV_UPG due to enqueue prob lems. The work process trace contains an error message. To solve the problem, im plement the kernel corrections, as described in SAP Note 1577082. Phase CHK_POSTUP You can ignore the following error in the LONGPOST.LOG file: 2PE1R462 Table "ZTSTCONT01" for document contents does not exist Webpage Error after Monitoring the Integration Engine Cache The file "last_update_ITS.txt" is generated or updated after the extraction of t he SAR-file that is delivered with the ICM. Every time when the ICM starts, it c hecks this txt-file. If the file "last_update_ITS.txt" is older than the SAR-fil e or it does not exist because it is deleted meanwhile, the SAR-file will be aut omatically extracted again during the start of the ICM, and the txt-file will be updated (or regenarated). If the file "last_update_ITS.txt" was generated or updated manually or copied ba ck (from an backup folder), then the SAR-file will not be extracted after an upg rade, because txt-file is newer than the SAR-file.This may lead to the abovement ioned error. Solution: Remove the file last_update_ITS.txt manually after an upgrade and star t the ICM. It is not recommended to edit or copy this txt-file manually. Error while Checking the ABAP Runtime Cache Normally, ITS objects are published during the upgrade. This is done for all tra nsports within after import method. But the after import method does not delete the ITS template cache and ICF mime cache. If caches are not deleted automatical ly using another way (such as system restart), some old information can exist wi thin caches. Therefore, after an upgrade it may be necessary to publish internet services usi ng transcation SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INT. For more information, see SAP Note 790727. POST_UPGRADE BW: Rebuild BWA Indexes After the Upgrade Since several architectural re-designs were necessary in order to cover the broa d spectrum of BWA-related functionality in BW7.30, the BWA indexes must be rebui ld after the upgrade. PI: Parsing Error After Upgrading to SAP NW 7.30 SP01 If you perform PI system upgrade to SAP NW 7.30 SP01, you may encounter the erro r described in SAP Note 1522630 after the upgrade. In this case, you must implem ent Note 1522630. The problem is fixed with SAP NW 7.30 SP02. PI: Business Process Engine Has Red Status in Runtime Workbench If after the PI system upgrade, the Business Process Engine has a red status in Runtime Workbench and the node "Configure RFC Destination" displays the followin g warning: RFC user is not assigned a required role, you need to apply SAP Note 1550061.
