6. Detailed explanation of what I did: (200 + words) This morning I spoke with Mrs. Teresa Dipietro. I was curious as to how I was going to be able to get 9 cello players or how I would begin to pay for them. She then said the nicest thing; she said that she would get all of the cello players together for me and that all I needed to do was get her the music. I had talked to her a few days prior to today and told her about the songs that I wanted to perform. She then said, after listening to the song that some of the parts for the cello sounded a bit high and that I might need to consider writing the higher parts for viola and possibly violin. 7. Problems I encountered while doing this activity. How I solved them. I was and still am very opposed to having any instrument other than the cello in this concerto. 8. What I learned from this activity I learned that everything may not always go the way that you plan or that you would like them to go. 9. What my next step(s) will be: I need to peruse the cello scores and see that the music is still in the range of the cellos. 10. Who I worked with on this activity: I worked with Teresa Dipietro on this assignment. 11. List all documents I am including with this log (i.e. pictures, receipts, sketches, samples, etc.); I will include a sheet of revised music for possible viola parts.
