Sir, I love to become a Computer Teacher because I just like to work and play with the computers. I also love to do some innovative piece of work with the help of computer programming languages. I want to be attached with the children all the times and love to sort out their queries related to Computer. 2. What is a Bit?

A bit is the short form of binary digit. It is the smallest unit of data in a computer. A bit has a single binary value, either 0 or 1. Although computers usually provide instructions that can test and manipulate bits, they generally are designed to store data and execute instructions in bit multiples called bytes. In most computer systems, there are eight bits in a byte. The value of a bit is usually stored as either above or below a designated level of electrical charge in a single capacitor within a memory device. 3. What do you understand by CAES?

CAES is the short form of Compressed Air Energy Storage. This is a way to store massive amounts of renewable power by compressing air at very high pressure and storing it in large underground caverns, depleted wells or aquifers. 4. What do you understand by Booting or Bootstrapping?

Booting is the process of loading an Operating System. It is a complete process, which starts the post program after that the bios takes the charge and finds the io.sys file in case of windows to start, the next file are msdos.sys and command.com which are then loaded. 5. What is Cache Memory?

Cache Memory is Random Access Memory (RAM) that a computer microprocessor can access more quickly than it can access regular RAM. As the microprocessor processes data, it looks first in the cache memory and if it finds the data there from a previous reading of data, it does not have to do the more time-consuming reading of data from larger memory. 6. What is a Chipset?

A Chipset is a group of integrated circuits or microchips that can be used together to serve a single function and are therefore manufactured and sold as a unit. The most common chipset reference is the input or output control chips of a motherboard.
