RESOLUTION 0001-1314

A Resolution Confirming the Appointment of the 20th Directorate Legislative Secretaries WHEREAS, stipulated in Article VII Section 4 of the 2005 XU-CSG Constitution, a Legislative Secretary shall be appointed by the Directorate Convener, subject to the concurrence by the majority of the Directorate. WHEREAS, the Legislative Secretary shall be responsible in documenting in the journal all the proceedings and other records in the Directorate and shall work with the Secretary of Budget and Finance on fiscal matters. WHEREAS, Article I Section 5 of the Directorate Enactment 013 states that the Directorate shall appoint a Secretariat to assist the Legislative Secretary in his/her duties and shall assume the functions of a Treasurer. WHEREAS, Mr. Harold John M. Laborte, Vice-President of XU-CSG for AY 2013-2014 and Convener of the 20th Directorate, in compliance to the mandate of the XU-CSG Constitution, submitted to the Directorate his appointees for the position of Legislative Secretary and Secretariat, respectively, for confirmation. To wit: Mr. Keanu Henri S. Yu BS Industrial Engineering 2 Ms. Kristine B. Jamito BS Business Administration 2 WHEREAS, the 20th Directorate finds the appointees mentioned herein duly capable of handling the given position. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the appointment of Mr. Keanu Henri S. Yu and Ms. Kristine B. Jamito as the XU-CSG 20th Directorate Legislative Secretaries has been duly approved. Done this 2nd day of April, 2013 at Loyola Conference Room, Xavier University- Ateneo de Cagayan, Cagayan de Oro City, by the 20th Directorate in session assembled.
