Lead in activity: Divide the group in two teams and play hang man. With names of the students. Write the vowels and repeat with the students. Pass some students point to the vowel that teacher says. Write on the board a little dialogue, and act out with some puppets. Language questions: Ask some ss: What is your name? and How are you today? Write on the board the name without the capital or ending letters. And ask to the students complete the name or elicit to say the correct letter. Show the big book on the page 5. Have students describe what they see on the picture. Help them with vocabulary in English. Play T65, teacher points to each word for students to follow. Finally, ask them to say hello in their own language and review the words in English. Have students tell you different expression of courtesy they have learned throughout the first two weeks in the unit. Help them by writing on the board. They identify and circle the capital letter. And color the vowels. Have students draw three different courtesy expressions, each expression in a different card. Students color and paint their drawing but they dont write the expressions on the card. When students finish, ask them to show their work and have the rest of the group mention which courtesy expression is it. Comments:

Ask to the students what expressions they learned last classes. Write on the board and draw some pictures. Give to the students four blank cards and have them make two new illustrated cards with expressions of courtesy and write two courtesy expression on the two cards.
