2. Title of the Project Improve and Build Client Revenue for Sundram Finance
3. Statement of the problem The company recently started experiencing problem of declining client revenues. Client revenue has been rapidly declining by almost 15% every year. There has been a steady increase in credit due to which overall revenue has also has gone down. Other factors like low sales, bad depts., rising cost of manpower and resources has also added to the problem of declining revenue from clients. Due to this, overall functioning of the company is affected as cash is not available for long term planning. Short term plans are also affected due to decline in revenue from previous clients. Overall accounts of the company are also affected and balance sheet does not depict a healthy picture which would have serious consequences and affect the investors and stakeholders of the company.
Objective The objective of my project is to evaluate the reason for declining client revenue in Sundram Finance and suggest remedial measures. It would also suggest various preventive and corrective actions to top management that would help the company in improving and building client revenue
Scope My Study will be confined to a) Present Clients of Sundram Finance b) Past Clients of Sundram Finance c) Employees of Sundram Finance
