It also discuss the way the organiz used them. The methods discuss in this research paper is Historical methods, Replacement cost method, Opportunity cost methods, economic value methods and intellectual capital methods.

Limitations

The main idea of this paper is to explore two different issues in the case of workplace enviroment. The first one is to see the difference in the perception of the employees about the workplace seeting and the existing situation. The second one is to see whether there is a relationship between the workplace enviroment and job satisfaction.

Secondly the score were measured to check the relationship between the job satisfaction and workplace enviroment. A sample of 400 employees from different manufacturing companies are selected and asket to fill the questionnaire.

Future studies For the second hypothesis we find a need to develop a more strong relationship between the sophisticated measure to workplace enviroment and job achieve a more reliable and satisfaction by the employees. better constructed measure validity that captures . workplace quality.

Future Recommendations
For more exploration there is need to see some more dimensions in this area. The effect of this information on decision makers. Impact of industry and firm. And finally to develop a universal model which can be accepted by both researchers and accounting board.

The research can be expanded for more peoples and the information produced about human element can be presented in a better way. The main thing is to develop a better model to measure the human resource capital.

This study can be conducted in other countries and by taking some more samples from different areas of the life. The study can be expanded by defining the cultural shocks in some more precise definations and by selecting some more variables that can describe more dynamic informations.

It would be useful to corroborate the findings through sources other than self reports. The determinants of sociocultural adjustments for business expatriate need to examined in coharrent and systematic way. Certain nationalities groups of business expatriates could have a more difficult time adjusting to another culture than others.

In the future some more studies can be conducted to see the perception of the employees of that culture about the important variables they perceived. Research can be undertaken to see the difference in the perception of the employees of the service sector and manufacturing sector.
