Usually take the form of: Tell me about a time when you.... Give an example of a situation where.... Describe a scenario.... Followed by the competence, skill or evidence that is required for the role e.g: Talk me through an example of your management skills Tell me about an example of how you have used data to improve your teams productivity Describe a time when you had to build a collaborative relationship either within your department or outside in order to achieve a particular goal. What steps did you take to ensure this was a success?' Give me an example of the different approaches you have used when persuading your team, colleagues or manager to agree with your views
