1.El lapso de evaluacin del proyecto son 30 anos

2.La tasa mnima para que el proyecto sea atractivo es del 42% ( 30% Inflacin + 12% tasa pasiva Banca comercia
3.Se consideraron los siguientes gastos recurrentes
4.Servicios: electricidad, agua, telefona,Internet, alquiler oficinas
5.Se consideraron los siguientes gastos de inversin:
6.Maquinarias,terreno, galpn
7.Se consider una nmina fija bajo contrato petrolero, de 23 personas
distribuidas segn se muestra en el organigrama
8.Se estableci una tasa de crecimiento de salarios de 15% anual
9.Se realiz la evaluacin por los mtodos Tasa interna de retorno y Valor presente neto
10.La depreciacin se clculo por el metodo de la lnea recta
11. Se consider que la mquinaria se renovaria cada 10 anos
