DESCRIPTION AM 1000 is a analog microprocessor control panel for the management of fire detection systems. It has been approved in compliance to EN-54.2 / EN54-4 standards, as well CE marking. AM 1000 can control 99 detectors and 99 input/output modules connected on a single loop. The control panel cabinet is made of a self-extinguishing plastic, impact-resistant and suitable for wall mounting.

MAIN FEATURES Microprocessor System 1 analog line 99 detectors + 99 input/output modules 8 lines X 20 columns LCD graphic display (128 x 64 points) 1 RS-232 serial interface to connect one of the following: - 80 columns serial printer - UPDL1000 Software for the Upload/Download - External Modem/Telephone Dialer optional (future release) - 1 optional converter board to RS-485 for the connection of LCD repeaters (future release) Supply outputs: - Battery charger 0,45 A - 24Vcc (temperature compensated) - 1 A - 24Vcc User output for external load - Sounder output (supervised) Relay output: - General alarm 1 A - General trouble 1 A

FUNCTIONS 3 levels of password (User - Maintenance Configuration). CBE (Control By Event Equation) provide logical operators (And, Or, Xor , etc.) for control activations. History log in non-volatile memory (500 events) Real time clock Auto programming of the line with the automatic identification of connected devices Automatic detection of points with the same address. Decision algorithms for alarm and trouble criteria. Automatic Day/Night sensitivity adjustment. Detectors maintenance warning. Detectors low sensitivity warning. Programmable detectors alarm threshold. Programming of pre-defined specific software functions for different devices in field. Walk-Test Functions Keyboard with dedicated keys to specific functions : Evacuation, Restore Delays, Buzzer Silence, Sirens Silence/Restore, Reset. Programmable text labels: point description (16 characters); zone description (16 characters) 50 physical zone 100 logical groups.
