Global Project Management Consultants Private Limited was incorporated in July 2010, though a young entity its team members (director & key persons) have in-depth capabilities of providing services to oil & gas, petroleum refining, chemicals, petrochemicals, storage terminals, pipeline, power plant, alternate energy, sugar, textile industry, construction supervision, operation & maintenance, annual turnaround of plants, regulatory compliance audit, pre-shipment inspection, HAZOPs, safety audits, feasibility studies, engineering audits & conservations, effluent treatment environmental studies and Facility Management Services. Our key team members have been the main contributors with Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (OGRA) in instituting regulatory compliance audit system in Pakistan for LPG production, storage & bottling plants. Our team members have also been involved in almost all the main projects of Refineries, Petrochemical & Pipeline projects of Pakistan and some members have extensive international experience. Project Sponsor for the inspections of different plants for (OGRA). Our team was the main contributor with OGRA for the development of regulatory compliance audit system in Pakistan. This Project involved collection of technical data / documentation, visual inspection of plant and facilities, assessment of plants for compliance of Codes/ standards and compilation of inspection report. (OGRA). Project Manager for the development of detailed feasibility report (EPRF III), for the relocation of 25,000 bbls deep conversion refinery from USA. Visited USA for the detailed inspection, developed dismantling philosophy, packing, loading, transportation to USA port, sea transportation, re- simulation, re-engineering, refurbishing of equipments, installation, erection, commissioning strategies were developed. The total relocated cost of the plant is $ 85 million. (EPRF-III). Project Manager for the grass root pilot refinery project, this project involves the basic and detailed engineering design of process unit, off sites & utilities, procurement, construction and commissioning. (EPRF-II). Engineering Manager for Design House of British Petroleum Pakistan, This design house consists of more than 32 Engineers & draftsmen and handled hundreds of projects in 2009 (BP Pakistan). Project Manager for the CDU unit revamp project, this project involves the development of Engineering Design Specification (EDS) packages for process unit, off sites and utilities. After revamp the processing capacity of the CDU unit increased from 12,000 bbls/day to 30,000 bbls/day. (Bosicor Pakistan Limited).

Project Manger for the detailed engineering and inspection of LPG Plant for Garhi Hassu (stored unused for last eight years) and assessment of the works required for the rehabilitation and relocation to Dhodak field. (OGDCL). Engineering Manager for ADN-B Wellhead Platform Detailed Design Project (Addax Petroleum Development Nigeria Limited). Engineering Manager for Concept Verification and Detailed Design of H2S Scavenger System at BONGA FPSO (Shell Nigeria).
