April 4, 2013 Officers were dispatched to 5 Marilyn Drive in Atkinson for a reported Domestic Assault. Upon investigation it was learned that Tory Kitchings committed an assault on his girlfriend. A 12 hour arrest notice for Domestic Violence was issued. Tory Kitchings turned himself in to the Atkinson Police Department and was arrested on a warrant for Simple Assault / Domestic Violence related. Tory Kitchings gave an address of 5 Marilyn Drive in Atkinson, his date of birth is 12/05/1979 Kitchings was released on bail and given a court date of May 13, 2013 to appear at the Plaistow District Court. The charge originated in the State of Illinois bu an unknown suspect. The victim contacted the bank and the account was closed. A report was completed for record purposes.

Corporal Butler and Officer Lundquist responded to an Oak Hill Circle residence for a report from the resident of a suspicious person on the property. Upon arrival, Officer Lundquist found the juvenile and identified him. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the juvenile was cutting through the neighborhood in order to return to his own residence, as he was out without parental permission. Officer Lundquist returned the juvenile to his residence and spoke with his parents. Nothing follows.
