Garden Enclosures Order Form

Starting the Project: To start the project, a 50 % deposit is needed for each garden enclosure. There are 3 different enclosure sizes. So, half payment down will vary on the enclosure size. The other half of payment is due when installation is complete. You will receive an invoice when installation is complete. Enclosure Sizes: One 4 ft. square enclosure costs $324. There are 4 on Market St. A $162 deposit is needed to start one 4 ft. enclosure. One 6 ft. square enclosure costs $486. There are 20 on Main St. A $243 deposit is needed to start one 6 ft. enclosure. And, one 7 ft. x 6 ft. rectangular enclosure costs $527.04. There are 2 on Main St. A $263.52 deposit is needed to start one 7 ft. x 6 ft. enclosure. All prices include 8% sales tax. If plaque is desired add $9.99 for mounting plaque to base of fence. Option: One 6 ft. tall corner post with arm and hanging ring is available for an additional $91.80 which is used to hang up to a 25 pound object of your desire, the object would be provided by you. A deposit of $45.90 down would be required for one of these posts. Option: One plaque which would be mounted to the base of the garden square fence. The plaques are cast bronze or cast aluminum with a message of up to 180 characters and spaces. See attached sheet for additional information regarding plaques options and ordering. Plaques must be paid in full when ordered and check must be made to Pro-Brockport. Time Frame: The time to complete 1 to 3 Garden Enclosures takes about 7 to 10 days upon acceptance unless noted otherwise by contractor. Note: Bronze is 3 times heavier than aluminum. They are both durable metals. Bronze is a light brown color. Aluminum is a silver color. They will both have an aged patina over time. The plaques (materials and workmanship) are guaranteed for life. If anything other than normal outdoor aging or vandalism occurs, i.e. paint or clear coat chipping, the problem will be fixed free of charge as per supplier, Show and Tell Products. If the message is smaller, the type size can be larger, to be determined at the artists discretion during production. Production artwork for each plaque will be developed and shared with the customer electronically. Production will not proceed without customer approval of the production artwork.
