Introduction To The study

Financial management is largely concerned with nancing, dividend and investment decisions of the rm with some overall goal in mind. Corporate nance theory has developed around a goal of maximizing the market value of the rm to its shareholders. This is also known as shareholder wealth maximization. Although various objectives or goals are possible in the eld of nance, the most widely accepted objective for the rm is to maximize the value of the rm to its owners.

Objectives of this Research

2

1.To discuss the importance of the management of capital budgeting.

2.Determination of proposal and investments, inflows and out flows.

3.To summarize and to suggest for the better investment proposal.

4. To understand the need of organization, to identify and in high quality capital

projects.

5. To evaluate the financial investments associated with the replacement of existing

assets soar the purchase of new assets.

Scope Of The Study

1. The project study is undertaken to analyze and understand the capital budgeting process in cement manufacturing sector which gives mean exposure to practical implication of theory knowledge.

2. To know about the companys operation of using various capital techniques . 3. To Know how the company gets funds from various resources.

Sampling Method
Out of various types of sampling methods, I had used Random Sampling, as it was both time saving as well as easy method of picking up the sample. As random sampling is also of many types so I had used stratified random sampling for study because it was more reliable. In this
4

method whole population that is required for study is divided into different groups and sample were selected from them.

Researcher Design
Designing is preliminary step in every activity. It provides a picture for the whole before starting of the work.I will use exploratory researcher for gaining experience. For this relevant literature related with the subject will be carried out. It also includes experience survey, selection of respondents, proper questioning etc.

Method And Source Of Data Collection

Data has been collected through industrial visits. For this Primary source of data collection (Questionnaire method) is used. QUESTIONNAIRE is a set of questions for obtaining information from respondents.

Problem statement
To identify the skills necessary to perform successfully, the responsibilities for knowledge sharing, and the important knowledge connections between people.

Hypothesis
H0 role clarity is more important than role efficacy
5

H1 role efficacy is more important than role clarity

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Tools of research use for the data collection will be personal interviewing and questionnaire and secondary data as well.

QUESTION DESIGN
We question consists of the following items In question design process, we have considered the factors given here under: 1) Relevancy and accuracy of the question was considered as the first important objective. However, I will also try my best that the wording of the question should be simple and easily understandable 2) Our questionnaire required two types of information; First, how much preference the employees give to their role effectiveness Second, are they clear about their roles they perform to do their job. -Question contents will be relevant and accurate. -Question wording will be easy. -Question sequence will be logical. -Open ended question will be asked.
6

-Personal question and question that are more interesting an easier to employees.

SAMPLING TECHNIQUES OF THE RESEARCH

What do we mean by sampling is the use of simple random technique of sampling. While selecting a book, We read some pages or lines or related topic of the research and selected the Sampling Techniques. SAMPLING The process of using a small number of items or parts of the whole population to make conclusions about the whole population. SAMPLES A sample is a subset or some part of a large population. In research 60 respondents were selected by me to represent the sample. POPULATION A complete group of entities shares some common set of characteristics. The population of our research was the total population of Multan City. SAMPLING UNIT A single element or group of element subject to the selection in the sample in case of this research-sampling unit was selected respondents. SAMPLING TECHNIQUES APPLIED We select non probability sampling techniques, under which We applied quota sampling and probability sampling by means of which We applied systematic sampling. QUOTA SAMPLING A non-probability sampling procedure that insures certain characteristics of a population sample represent the exact extent that the investigator desires.
7

SYSTEMATIC SAMPLING A sampling procedure in which an initial starting point is selected by a random process and then every number on the list is selected.
