Breakdownofprocessequipmentoftenleadstodeviationfromtheplannedprocesssequence, andcouldresultintheusageofequipmentortoolsthatarenotapprovedinadvanceforthe manufacturingoftheapplicableassemblies. Adherencetostrictdeliverydeadlinesinconnectionwithdisruptionsinproductioncansometimes resultininsufficientqualityoftheproduceditemsandextramanufacturingcosts.
