PROJECTS

The following Projects were successfully undertaken by me under the guidance of my Professors and Lecturers. 1)Medical Implants Communication System(MICS) - Dr.Somnath Biswas (In Progress) Design and Implementation of a MICS Transceiver in DSCH and Microwind, aiming to improve its power efficiency to some extent by decreasing the power loss of its various components like VCO(Voltage Control Oscillator), PLL(Phase Locked Loop).

2)Survey and implementation of congestion control and avoidance techniques Lect.Gaurav Somani Implemented congestion control techniques like RED and FQ(queuing algorithm) in Network Simulator (NS- 2), taking reference from various research papers on the same, in turn compiling all of our research in a Survey Paper. 3)Speaker recognition system . - Dr. Lalit Jiwani Designed a speaker recognition system using K-means algorithm. Using this algorithm distinction between various speakers(input voices) was possible by comparing and distinguishing the points graphed by the test voices. 4)Layout of an Inverter and a Ring Oscillator - Dr. Somnath Biswas Drew a hand-crafted layout of an Inverter using 90nm and 45nm technology nodes also the layout of an eleven stage ring oscillator using inverters with 65nm and 45nm technology nodes on Microwind. 5)Literary Gothic - Dr.Manju Dhariwal Research paper on the various works of the famous Gothic writer- Sir Edgar Allan Poe.
